David Ray We met this family at the Christmas parade due to the adjacent company being very rude while we were trying to find somewhere to park to watch the parade. They kindly allowed us to join their sitting area, park in their parking lot, and offered us food. Just based on their kindness alone, it must say a lot about how much of a honest repair shop this must be. I have never felt more welcomed by strangers in my life.

I have been to 4-5 mechanics in Florida and none of them could have helped me better than these guys! They were on top of it and got my Mazda 3 fix in the amount of two days prior of be bring it in. They fix my time if chain. Not just that but they also help me and gave me new serpentine belt, spark plugs and I also have a connector broken and they still got it done before I got home from work that week. Kimberly Reynolds I have been using this shop for years and have sent people to this shop. My experience on June 4th was to say the least "disappointing". When I called and scheduled appointment I specifically asked if shop could handle adjustable ball joints, I was told "yes we can". This shop apparently (after yesterdays experience) cant. 1. Your shop had to "figure out what to charge extra to do proper alignment". Not told to me when I made appointment. 2. If a tire shop that does alignments cant do adjustable ball joints (not to mention the lack knowledge your alignment staff had of how adjustable ball joints work) then maybe dont mislead customers that they can do it. I dont do this as a living and have a basic understanding of how they work at least. 3. This has totally blown my confidence in this shop and staff. 4. I feel I was lied to when I made the appointment, and grossly overcharged (was charged an extra hour on top of alignment cost, but only took about 15 minutes) for the staff having to take time to formulate a plan of action to solve the staffs lack of knowledge. 5. Your shop has joined the mentality of corporate owned franchises in my book. All about profit and screw the customer.

They aligned my oversized tires on my lifted truck without extra fees and complaints, like almost all tire chain stores do. It was no fault to anyone at all, just simply a kid being a kid, but yet they were supper attentive to her, bringing us ice packs, ice pops, band aids, etc. they were very worried about her, and that showed us the good type of people they truly were. they got our car right in, diagnosed and gave us an estimate and explained in detail everything that needed to be done. They had our car back to us the very next day, working great. I felt the price was very fair for the market, especially with the amount of work that needed to be done. Ann Woodworth My truck was acting like the brakes were stuck when I tried to turn sharp right or left forward or in reverse. I had it towed to Pal’s as they were nearby. They told me the calipers were hung up and replaced the brakes and rotors. However, the truck was accidentally put into 4 wheel drive and when taken out of 4 wheel drive it functioned just fine. This was my husband’s truck and I had little experience with it until his recent passing from Covid. I had never used 4 wheel drive and was unfamiliar with it.AN HONEST GARAGE WOULD HAVE TOLD ME THE PROBLEM WAS THAT IT WAS IN 4 WHEEL DRIVE BUT PAL’S FALSELY TOLD ME THAT THE CALIPERS WERE LOCKED UP AND THAT THE BRAKES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. Before it was towed, I called my brother who told me to feel the wheels for heat but they were cool. If the calipers had been locked up the wheels would’ve been very hot. Pal’s Automotive took advantage of me because I am not familiar with the truck and knowingly made me believe it needed parts and labor that was unnecessary while aware that I recently lost my husband. How cruel!

my channel My husband has been a customer of expert touch for many years. He took the car in for general maintenance. After the repairs, 2 weeks later, the AC which was previously working well, suddenly stopped blowing cold. We took it to another reputable mechanic shop in town and found that BOTH AC line seals had been removed. This is a classic mechanic money grab by unethical mechanic shops. Once you bring it back, they can easily replace the seals in a few minutes and charge you $100s of dollars and claim the repair was much more in depth. PLEASE AVOID EXPERT TOUCH, WHATEVER YOU DO!

I went to Firestone around 5pm and they couldn’t help me that’s when a worker from this place overheard and followed me out the door to let me know about their shop. The owner came around the corner and asked some questions and he said just take it to the shop and I’ll have my guy look at it now. Couple hours later he had us done and ready to go!! The vehicle ran like a dream and at that time of day and not being around there these guys saved me a ton of time and money!!! They were my knights in shining armor!!! There are no surprises at this garage; they detail exactly what theyve done and promptly inform you if any additional issues are discovered. The pricing here is not only reasonable but also transparent, and the turnaround time is impressively fast. I brought my 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 to them, and I wouldnt trust anyone else with my vehicle now. They did a fantastic job, and Im already looking forward to having all my future repairs done here.

Kyle Notley If your looking for honesty out of a mechanic you can find it here. I dont know the first thing about cars. My brakes felt like they were going out, something was wrong. I took my car to Darren and told him I need new brakes or pads or whatever he suggested, and left my car in his care. He could have easily replaced something and I wouldnt have known any better and been happy with the bill. Instead it was a minor cleaning and for barely nothing, I was on my way. Brakes are fine now. Ill be back to Darren for anything and everything in the future!

The second I didnt come off as a proclaimed Republican like Rusty did upon meeting me, all of a sudden he didnt have time for me and he couldnt do a fix on my car but when I spoke with him on the phone, he was all gun ho to help me. The West Coast plates on my car were a dead giveaway. These guys have hard-core hatred towards anyone who isnt like them. Sincerely, shame on these people for conducting business in this manor. Im also reporting them to the better business bureau
