    Alen K: I made an appointment about a week ago for a recall. Yesterday I called to confirm they have the necessary part for the recall and that I would be waiting for the repair. My appointment was at 07:00 AM this morning and I was prepared to wait. I brought my work laptop expecting a 4-6 hours delay. When arriving there, they said my appointment is with Quick Lane and they will do the recall. So I went next door to Quick Lane and they said we cant do the recall and that my appointment was made for an oil change and tire rotation. The lady at Quick Lane called Garber Service and explained the confusion but Garber Ford Service said they do not have time to perform my recall. What even was the point of telling me to come in???

When any other mechanic would have had me bring it in, to look at it and give me an estimate…these geniuses had me wait to tell me they can’t fix it and if I don’t my car is toast. Waste of my time, took the whole day off to go get my car fixed. Had to limit my work hours bc I didn’t know what the problem was and didn’t wanna pay someone 100 dollars to tell me something i possibly already knew. You guys suck. Do better

If something is not to satisfaction, they have no problem correcting what is needed to make you happy. We recently visited and our agent (Mike Esse) was absolutely phenomenal. My wife and I have a 2014 toyota avalon. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Even had to step up against state farm a few times (persons insurance who hit us). He made sure things went smoothly for us. Dana was also helping in some areas as well. Just completely in awe over the years. They always make you fell like family. Thabk you Mike, Dana And the Garber collision family, Salud!

    Dennis Driussi: Everything worked out better than expected. Cristina and her team did a great job rebuilding my doors on my 1996 F250HD 4x4. Replacement of both door panels, window regulators, window channel felts and all seals including repair of the door handle mechanism and vent window handles. New door hinges including body panel alignment. Everything works like new now. I highly recommend this shop!
