1 /5 Alen K: I made an appointment about a week ago for a recall. Yesterday I called to confirm they have the necessary part for the recall and that I would be waiting for the repair. My appointment was at 07:00 AM this morning and I was prepared to wait. I brought my work laptop expecting a 4-6 hours delay. When arriving there, they said my appointment is with Quick Lane and they will do the recall. So I went next door to Quick Lane and they said we cant do the recall and that my appointment was made for an oil change and tire rotation. The lady at Quick Lane called Garber Service and explained the confusion but Garber Ford Service said they do not have time to perform my recall. What even was the point of telling me to come in???
