Alen K I made an appointment about a week ago for a recall. Yesterday I called to confirm they have the necessary part for the recall and that I would be waiting for the repair. My appointment was at 07:00 AM this morning and I was prepared to wait. I brought my work laptop expecting a 4-6 hours delay. When arriving there, they said my appointment is with Quick Lane and they will do the recall. So I went next door to Quick Lane and they said we cant do the recall and that my appointment was made for an oil change and tire rotation. The lady at Quick Lane called Garber Service and explained the confusion but Garber Ford Service said they do not have time to perform my recall. What even was the point of telling me to come in???

Nick I had a frustrating experience at this shop. I took my vehicle for an oil change and to address a check engine light. They replaced a sensor or pump, but the part was faulty (not their fault), and they failed to tighten the drain plug properly, causing an oil leak. I had to get it fixed at another shop since I sold the car, and the buyer didn’t trust returning here. I requested a refund for the defective part, provided proof of the repair, and even retrieved the part, but the manager has given me the runaround for weeks. Despite multiple calls, there’s been no follow-through. The poor service and lack of accountability are unacceptable. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this shop.

Julia Hunt Went to Jesses to fix my fuel pump because it kept spitting out the gas after a few seconds, had to take it back TWICE for him to fix it again, now this is happening again for the THIRD time, when I called him to voice my concerns after jesse receiving payment in full and requesting my receipt he laughed over the phone and did not apologize and rudely stated, “when are you going to bring it back.” Ive never paid a mechanic in full and kept having the same problems I took my truck in for, very bad customer service, unprofessional and untrustworthy. Now I doubt he truly fixed anything I paid him for.

Kathleen Hatchett I wanted to try another Ford dealer for servicing so this was my first visit here. Ive been to 4 different dealers and given 2 good reviews. That being said, I called ahead, and was told to make an appointment. I waited 5 days and showed up 10 min prior to my time. I pulled up behind a female employee that was checking a car in. She looked at me with almost a scowl and acted like I was from another planet. I had to get out to tell her that I have an appointment and that Ive never been there and didnt know where to go. She said to just pull up in a spot. I did and went inside to check in. It was a bad first contact, and very unprofessional. Checking in was easy and I clarified what I wanted done. A basic oil change, and 2 fuel filters. The waiting area was full, so I went outside to sit but there was only a bench in the hot sun. I decided to walk around and went to check out the service area. They had great coffee and nice seating with a shaded outside bench. Everyone was friendly. After sitting for 35min, I went to check on the truck. It had not moved. I double checked at the desk to find they were running late. He said that my truck was next. 30 more min went by and I observed a vehicle go in before mine. After 1hr they finally brought my truck in. I was able to watch the mechanic do the servicing. They do a thorough job but boy do they go SLOW! Between stoping constantly and having debates on whos soda is whos for lunch it was finally done 2hrs past my apt time. I do a bit of mechanical work and could have and will do my own next time. I guess they need to warrant the inflated prices on everything. Upon checking out I found that the cost of the oil change has gone up drastically and when I questioned what the charges were he said that they also bled the air out of the lines after the filter change....I hope so, for $475... and your supposed to... and it just consists of cycling the key on 6x for 30 seconds. I understand its a diesel and takes a lot of oil and the shop has massive overhead, the wait time and paying the extra is a deal breaker for me in the future. Not the worst place Ive been to but not impressed!

Laurie Latour These guys are the best! Smelled a burning smell when the car ran awhile. They found a plastic bag had gotten caught under the car & melted to the manifold & muffler. Scraped off everything they could. Had another routine maintenance job done. Very pleased! They got it done quickly and price was very reasonable. Will definitely be back!

leilah carter They help me figure out everything that was wrong with my car in a very short amount of time after i got a shit report from jiffy lube who had no idea what they were talking about. they as well as gave me some really good advice on what to do next and were very honest. Bryan Beaulieu I have been using garber collision since 2006. I absolutely love the place, its work and customer service. If something is not to satisfaction, they have no problem correcting what is needed to make you happy. We recently visited and our agent (Mike Esse) was absolutely phenomenal. My wife and I have a 2014 toyota avalon. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Even had to step up against state farm a few times (persons insurance who hit us). He made sure things went smoothly for us. Dana was also helping in some areas as well. Just completely in awe over the years. They always make you fell like family. Thabk you Mike, Dana And the Garber collision family, Salud!

liya baldhead i was told my 2014 Chevy Traverse had a blowed engine by a auto shop in Palatka. Then i was given the owner Brittanys number and she had it towed and taken to their shop. 25 minutes later she called and told me my key truck was ready. Mario fixed a starting issue. Dont know all the parts terms but lets just says Marios who delivers my truck back to me was so kind. and the price was OUTSTANDING. ive been driving it now for a year NO issues and i now only use them for regular, maintenance and oil changes tuneups even tire service. I highly highly recommend this company. It’s a very small family owned shop but it’s the best service and price you will get out there believe me I’m a single mother, I know.

Brenda Corkran Very nice and polite and the restrooms are clean. Handicap accessible. They do what you want them to do. They are honest and up front. I dont remember the gentlemans name that worked on the car or at the desk. But I do remember how nice they are. I. Feel that you or anybody else can go there and feel safe that youre not gonna get ripped off. I am a 63-year-old single lady and I felt comfortable there.

J.T. Barringer The Meineke in Green Cove Springs was outstanding. They were able to fix my rotors by machining them instead of replacing them and it was much cheaper to repair them that way. They are honest, fair, and will do your repair at a great price. I would drive an hour to go to this Meineke for my car repairs.

Dave Rude man with an ego, good luck asking him for a quote on the phone . $180 an hour is a joke. If it takes him all day to do one thing thats 2000$. I ended up buying my own scanner and dont need him.

Dereck Bramlitt Excellent service at affordable prices. Had 2 different people l/companies fix my truck and had to take it back to shop within a day of getting it back. Took it to advanced automotive and they fixed it the right way so I now no longer have issues and did an amazing job. The first 2 Jerry rigged it and he fixed their problems the correct way so highly highly recommended for your automotive needs

Bryan Spitzform I was about to buy a 1986 Jeep CJ7 and thought it would be a good idea to have someone check the vehicle over first. My wife looked up Dads online and since it was close by to where I was buying the Jeep, I took the Jeep there. Man I’m glad I did! Mike (Dad) was happy to help and knew everything about the history and everything of the Jeep. He performed a thorough inspection of it and gave me his concerns and did it at NO CHARGE! Awesome guy and great mechanic. I live over an hour away, but will be taking my classic back to him to do any work it needs. Great, clean shop, awesome staff, and very, very helpful. You don’t find many shops like Dads anymore. Goldmine find!

Veronica Moore They are Miracle workers!! I had a busted radiator and needed my car fixed asap. Another mechanic dropped my car off here for me not knowing if we could even get the work done that day. Jill called me within hours giving me a diagnosis & estimate, reassuring me that they wouldn’t start the work if they couldn’t get my car back to me that same day. Jill called back within a few hours and said my car was ready! They even took the time to show me the old part and walked me through what was done. They truly exceeded my expectations!
