1 /5 Luis Velazquez: My wife took one of my kids for a specialized treatment we were told they could provide. Once there, the treatment was not what we were told and we were utterly disappointed. My wife tried to talk to Dr. Yailing Liu and find solutions or other possible treatment approaches. However, this doctor was talking non-stop (literally). My wife tried several times to speak, but was cut off by the doctor every time. When my wife was able to speak, the doctor’s “solution” without hesitation, was to give us the money back because “this was the only treatment option”, when we know for a fact there are other options. We’ve lived in Texas, West Virginia, New York and moved in October 2024 to FL, and we’ve dealt with many other dentists about this particular treatment with no issues. This doctor was the terrible exception. The people working there were fantastic and kind, but she was disrespectful and arrogant the whole time during our visit.

5 /5 Carol Rynders: Everyone there was great! Front desk girls were so friendly! Jasmine took care of my xrays and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Liu explained her thoughts. She did not press for deep cleaning as so many offices do. She felt it was not necessary in my case. So cleaning is scheduled form. Very happy!

1 /5 Yecenia Vazquez: Bad service and they treat patients like Animals. They care about the money not the patient care. Manager is rude and sucks as a person she is racist. She take her frustration out on other peoples kids by knowing the parents shes very rude to them as well.. Dr. Lou is a great person and doctor. But this office can do way better in treating patience better Not just like money.
