You feel comfortable knowing that your kids are in good hands. It was just all around a great experience for us we’ve been there three times now I have two kids that go there and I highly recommend you look into it if you’re looking for a dentistry for your children kids from ages three and up, it’s amazing. The staff is super sweet and nurses are amazing in there. The whole team is all around great like I said I highly recommend 10 out of 10.

K Postolese: I will never go back to this dentist. I too have had crappy work done. 1st bad experience was I was referred to somewhere for a root canal. When returning for them to do the crown there was a temp Dr. In that I actually liked and she said the crown did not fit properly and order for it to be remade....Dr. Julia returned and said it was fine and put it on anyways....next bad experience is I had a tiny cavity to be filled in-between my front middle teeth on the bottom. Dr. Julia came in and said it was so tiny she was going to do it without local anesthesia. I asked if it would cost less since its so small and no anesthesia she was very snippy the way she answered me, telling me they dont charge for anesthesia & that Im paying for her "expertise and skill" well....that filling chipped out! Great work!!! Also had them want to charge over $420 for a routine cleaning with exam. I cancelled. And during my time going to this dentists. Appts were always a mess. They send you texts to confirm. I confirmed every time and then you show up for your appt and they say it was cancelled because they didnt receive "voice confirmation". To me the Dr. Is the worst part of this practice and obviously the most important so I took my business elsewhere! Crappy work and crappy bedside manners.

When I told them I couldnt afford the $49,000 loan they then tried to get me to put $5,000 down and processed the loan for $44,000. I told them I still couldnt afford it and THEY SAID I was under NO OBLIGATION but NOW ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME $1300 after refunding $42,700. THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NO WORK ON MY MOUTH!!! NEVER MENTIONED ANY DIAGNOSTIC CHARGES BUT BILLED ME $1300.00. THIS OFFICE IS MISLEADING AND VERY DISHONEST!!! Had to leave 1 star to post this review.

Nikasice C: If you have an entire day to waste and don’t mind having your time disrespected, then this is the place for you. I had a 9:00 AM appointment and was told when I scheduled it that if the hygienist had time after my X-rays, they would fit me in for a cleaning. Two hours later, I was still waiting—no doctor had seen me, and no cleaning had been done. I had been sitting so long that my tailbone began to hurt. I eventually had to walk out without being seen and go home to take something for the pain. Aspen Dental in Tampa has never treated me with this little respect. I’d rather drive for hours to be treated fairly than deal with an office like this one—especially when it’s just 10 minutes from home is very sad.
