5 /5 Soleil Schutte: I took my dad to Advanced Dentistry after frustrating experience at another dental office. My dad’s teeth is in bad shape and one of them has been hurting. Dr. Bak took her time and did a thorough exam. Due to the condition of his bad tooth and overall heath of his gum/bone, she recommended us to see two specialists to see if the tooth can be saved. In addition, she also gave us the option of extract that teeth and provided a comprehensive plan to preserve his chewing ability.I wish I had found this office sooner.

Im a huge chicken when it comes to dental work, but of course realize the importance of healthy teeth. Park Avenue Dental makes a patient feel comfortable, from the first phone call, to the front office staff, to the dental hygienists, the dental assistant and also Dr. Shane. Just this morning, I had major prep work done for a bridge. Dr. Shane and Melissa did everything they could to make me feel comfortable the entire time, explained the process every step of the way. My fear of dental work is finally subsiding, just by having a dental office with staff that actually cares. I wholeheartedly recommend this office!

Tioga Dental at Celebration Pointe - Gainesville Meredith Perry: Let me be honest, I am scared of the dentist. I grew up with a great dentist but he is no longer in business and I have been on the search for a new dentist. I have been several places and have come to view it like taking my car to the shop where I’m led to believe that there is a lot wrong and if I don’t cough up at least $1000 dollars immediately my teeth are going to fall out and don’t get me started on pain. Tioga at Celebration and Dr. B are different. Dr. B treats me like an intelligent human capable of making my own choices. She reviews the options with me and lets me make informed choices. She doesn’t try to do procedures to bill and make money she just tries to care for her patients. That would be enough to keep me but then there’s the front office staff who go above and beyond to make sure that billing and scheduling is done correctly and efficiently they are incredibly welcoming and warm and could not be kinder. I love this place! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist who listens to your needs and concerns with a staff who will support and respond appropriately.
