Not only did I have a relatively quick recovery but the communication with my primary care provider was excellent! All of my follow up issues were very well communicated to all of my providers. This hospital is amazing! As are all of the staff. They are the very best!

5 /5 Elizabeth Mendez: The overall service was excellent. The medical staff and nurses were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is about the person who transported me to the exit of the hospital. To start, he took me on a route he called "short cut" where he took me through some exterior hallways which were covered with some type of paving stones, causing the vibration of the chair to worsen my pain. Upon reaching the outside of the main entrance, he put the brakes on the chair and left the area immediately without even waiting for my husband to arrive with the car to pick me up.

5 /5 Elizabeth Julson: My ear surgery went very well. Everyone was very nice and friendly and professional. This was my first time with Advent Health Celebration, and one of the nurses gave me some interesting information about how the hospital and Advent Health came to be! The hospital is stunning - like a very upscale hotel. The patient areas are also very modern and new looking. The staff kept my brother informed during my surgery and he said that the surgeon had even spoken to him after the surgery! This was a wonderful experience!

5 /5 Juan Campos: The staff in the Cardilogy Department at Celebration, where I had my catheter ablation were phenomenal. They really went out of their way to explain everything to me but more importantly making me feel comfortable and reassured of the procedure I was going to undergo. My nurses, Arlene Rodriguez and Luis were really phenomenal. Rose made the admission process seamless and u the same time made me feel very comfortable. They are truly a great staff including those whose names I currently forget but also contributed to making my stay comfortable.

AdventHealth Heart of Florida - Davenport Brenda Liz Rosario: Came to the hospital because my disable son pull his Gtube out and they did pray to make sure the tube is in his stomach. Then the doctor say he need a cat scan I say no because my son is not going to stay still and I dont want them to put him on sedation. I know they didnt like it but he pull his tube out everyday in the house and at the daycare and me and the nurses at the daycare put the tube back in he doesnt need pray or cat scan so why exposing him through all that when is not necessary. Nemours hospital use to replace the tube only when I didnt have an extra tube in the house. I feel like they dont know what they doing. As Im waiting my son had a seizure and as soon the seizure pass they all walk out the room and didnt even assist to put him in the bed. It was a total mess. Im disappointed.

Sanitas Medical Center - Kissimmee Angie Palacio Labouz: I’ve been a patient here for almost 4 years and I really love the service. Everyone is always willing to help me with my issues. They also offer appointments on Sunday, which is amazing for me because of my work schedule. My provider Isabel Cruz was amazing, she was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions. Her CCA Isabel Del Villar was very caring and helped me with the procedures I had to get done. I am scared of vaccines but she was very patient and I didn’t feel anything. During weekdays you can see Marelbis, she is amazing and will take care of you since the moment you step at the clinic, I missed seeing her on Sunday. Thank you guys for always helping me!

Osceola Community Health Services (Pediatrics) - Kissimmee Mercedes Linares: I had a very nice visit at this place the pediatricians were very nice. This place was very clean and looked very new, the nurse was very friendly and also helped us a lot.

HCA Florida Osceola ENT - Kissimmee Karate Boy08: The most rude front desk lady is the one here! By the phone and in person. Gabriela is her name; if you looking for a professional attention better look in another place. I have my appointment yesterday for first time, but I do not go anymore. My mom was there in August and the front lady was speaking to her in the same way. We are paying a service from an specialist. Nothing is free! I was asking for the manager, but never, never is in the office.

CareSpot Urgent Care of Kissimmee - Kissimmee Krissia Guerrero: Terrible service, long wait, even with an appointment. Came for a drug test required by my new employer and they sent me here and worst place to come to. Heard someone waited an hour and half even with an appointment. If you come here I recommend coming soon as they open. By the way Saturdays they only have one doctor on staff and one person for drug test.

Gastroenterology Institute of Orlando - Kissimmee Michele Mccreary: Even though Dr Seela Ramesh is a great doctor and very thorough. The office stuff does not know their jobs. I drove over an hour for my appointment to get there and they say it was canceled and never called me ahead of time. This isn’t the first time I had an appointment shown up and they say it was cancelled. Also whenever I tried to call office they never answer.
