5 /5 Albert Spaulding: The overall experience was great The lady at the front desk was very polite and courteous check in was easy my appointment was right on schedule so I did not have to wait a long time before I was called.Mr. S. My tech was knowledgeable of what he was doing and he took the time to explain everything he was doing step by step, which helped me to feel safe and relaxed.,The restroom and the floors were cleaned, overall it was a great experience.

2 /5 Tara Donaldson: Went in this morning to be told that they couldnt do my ultrasound because I hadnt fasted. I told them that scheduling specifically stated there was no prep and I didnt need to fast. They told me that theyre having problems with scheduling and to talk to their supervisor. I called scheduling to reschedule my appointment and was told AGAIN that there was no prep or fasting for the test so I took the phone inside so that the scheduler could repeat that for the girl at the front desk. Her response was to become condescending and rude towards me because apparently I should have known to fast despite being told BY the medical staff I didnt need to not once but TWICE now. She then VERY rudely told me she could have the tech come out and explain it to me. I am not stupid I understand what she was saying but apparently she didnt understand what I was saying which is Advent has a communication issue between the imaging department and scheduling, and I and other patients are being caught in the middle of THEIR nonsense . I made the appointment for today because it was a holiday for me at work and the next one wont be for 3 more weeks. After 2 more phone calls to 2 different supervisors I was able to get moved to this afternoon to the hospital and just cant eat or drink all day but I dont appreciate having my morning off wasted and then being spoke to like I was wrong or stupid!! Luckily since they moved me to the hospital I wont have to deal with the rude girl behind the counter when I go back! FYI they still havent fixed the system so if you are having any kind of abdominal ultrasound dont eat or drink for 8 hours or you will be turned away and no one is going to tell you ahead of time!!! They got 2 stars since they got me in today and most of the staff was polite, but they need to get their act together and the girl at the front needs a new attitude and lots of training!

Initially, I was apprehensive to book an appointment here, after reading the reviews from the belly-achers and complainers. Fortunately, they were 100% unfounded. Definitely would recommend to others.

1 /5 Thresa P.: $$$$ this place is so EXPENSIVE. Their excuse is "they bill like the hospital does". Well there is your answer. $177 to get an xray and then I just got another bill for $68. Avoid this place. Insurance covers little of it. >>>>UPDATE>>>> and another bill for the same xray $21.56. brings the total to $266.56 for an xray. To put this into prospective, Lake Imaging, I would have paid $65.00 total.
