1 /5 Lorraine Profeta: Tiresplus told me my truck needed to go to the dealer. I had it towed there and the service manager Mike, told me my TIRESPLUS BATTERY was dead. I needed to pick up the battery from the dealer, take it to TIRESPLUS and Jen gave me a new battery. But one week earlier my husband took the battery out of the truck. Brought it to TIRESPLUS and the said the battery was good. Come to find out Mike and Jen are like sister and brother; verbatim from Mikes mouth. Mike charged me 158$ to take the battery out and give it to me. In addition, Mike said the entire battery cable was bad and cost over 400$. My husband and I took the new battery to the truck. It was still where the tow truck left it. Hubby put the battery in my truck and i drove the truck home. Its fine and it didnt need 400$ ,off work! I bought my truck new in Broward County and then moved to Highlands County. When my truck was under warranty Alan Jay Chevrolet said it wasnt. They refused to give me the free oil change too. I took it to Huston Chevrolet in Avon Park and it was still under warranty. The fixed it under warranty.
