5 /5 Bess: Corinne brought ideas but also paused several times to get my feedback, and in such a way that I felt comfortable asking for changes to my haircut. There also wasnt any pressure to buy anything, and she explained in very simple terms how to take care of my hair at home. Everyone was very nice and laid back. My new haircut kept all the things I like, but I also felt comfortable enough to try some new things too!

5 /5 Z: I’ve had a few haircuts here throughout the years. Alchemy’s people have always done a great job on me during the mullet years-as I call them. maybe I’ll go back to being a mullet guy. Today I had a simple trim on my medium hair. ’ll probably be back in 6 months to go back to a mullet. We’ll see. Liz did a fine job cutting my hair today as well, good job Liz. I decided to take a leap of faith and let the computer assign me a stylist for my new client appointment—that’s how I met Alex. From the moment I walked in, Alex made me feel at ease. She took the time to give me a thorough consultation before even shampooing my hair. As anyone who’s searched for a new stylist knows, it’s not easy to find someone you trust, but Alex made the process so comfortable. The haircut she gave me was exactly what I needed—it even made me feel like getting out and being social again. I’ll definitely be back for color !
