    Nicole Washburn: I’ve never met a more HONEST or compassionate team of mechanics in my life. After years of being overcharged and misled by different mechanics, I was terrified when my car broke down. I had it towed to the dealership who quoted me over $11,000 and said I needed a new engine (a 2020 vehicle I’ve owned for a year). I took a leap of faith and had it towed here — and it was the best decision I could’ve made. They told me my engine was perfectly fine and fixed the issue for literally a quarter of the cost and in about a week. Today, I drove my car home with tears in my eyes.     J Hairrington: These Guys are AMAZING!!! We were at the Gainsville Dragway for a race, and our RV slides stopped working. We took our slide motor unit to these guys and they had it repaired within an hour. They made, what could have been a disaster, a pleasant experience. On top of it all, the price they charged for the repair was a lot less than what I was expecting. Thank you Guys for everything!!! 5 stars all the way!!

    Matt Lussier: we’re not from around here. today - 2/28/25 - we had a great experience with Miracle. fast service. fair price. experienced technician. removed and installed 2 tires on the front of my motorhome. from call request to arrival was 38 minutes. (we were 20 miles away out in the middle of nowhere) from arrival to completion was 113 minutes. (would have been faster but there was an air compressor issue) the technician was efficient and friendly. would definitely call again.

    Becky Ryan: Cant comment on service because I was refused. I was referred to 6th Street by the local Auto Parts store when my airbag sensor light came on & they were unable to get a code on their diagnostics. The very rude front desk guy told me to go to a dealer because they dont do airbag work, and refused to even run a diagnostic for me. Went across the road to AutoZone where a very friendly young man was able to diagnose & print a report in about 2 minutes. Mind you I wasnt looking for free, I would have paid 6th Street. But the dude with the tude wasnt interested.

Its one day before July 4th and Robbie dropped other work to prioritize us, having had to order in parts and arrange so as to complete the job before the holiday and also spent time testing the car to make sure things were good Not only that but he was reasonable priced and honest If I lived around here, I would use him all the time for our fleet of vehicles. Robbie and his workers reinforce my faith that there are still decent friendly good people out there. Good to have met you!

    Gary: We had an oil change at Jimmys Automotive. Our car, is driven infrequently (about four times a year), had its oil changed there. This vehicles engine takes 6 quarts of oil. We noticed the van was sluggish after the oil change but didnt think much of it. But seemed to be an issue so we just took it to the dealer, we were informed that the engine was significantly overfilled, containing 7.5 quarts of oil. This suggests either an incomplete drain of the old oil or an incorrect amount added, possibly due to unfamiliarity with the specific oil checking procedure for Pentastar engines. The extent of any potential damage from this overfill is currently unknown, which is a significant concern.
