1 /5 Patti Ashe: The Dr. may do good work however, I found the staff to be needing some lessons in customer service. 1 assistant insulted me, the front desk does not know how to smile, greet you promptly or return calls. This office was recommended by my periodontist and I will let them know how I was treated.

5 /5 Khalil Ghannam: I made an appointment with Dr. Vinneau and she saw me the very next day. Upon arrival I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff that took great care in understanding my needs. I was very impressed from the receptionist down to the Dental Assistant to Dr. Vinneau. When Dr. Vinneau came to see me (on time) she was so gracious and generous with her knowledge. I feel like I am in capable hands moving forward to get some restoration done.

J: Long story short, just got off the phone with one of there employees. I had a front tooth filled less than a year ago and the same filling fell out a week ago. I have had to call them numerous times to find out it they fill pay to have the tooth fixed as I am not in Florida at the moment. I was just informed that they wont cover it. There was no legitimate reason for them not to. They did the work and the filling came out. Basically told to take a hiken and that they were refusing to take care of there failed work! Exceptional customer service?! I think not
