Rountree-Moore Ford Service - Lake City Ryan Rowbotham: This collision center has had my car for just over 4 months now to perform very minor repairs, what was supposed to take no longer than a month has taken them 4 months and every single time I call them, they give me a new date of completion, and when that day comes, a new date, and this has been going on for 4 months. They are charging my insurance more than $20,000 for repairs that should have costed no more than $2,500. Do not trust this collision center, they are dishonest and greedy.
