    Elijah Kolthoff: to say i am extremely disappointed is an understatement , i am a senior in high school doing it all by myself, my AC randomly stopped working and i assumed it needed refrigerant , however it wasn’t working. i checked the AC compressor and it was working just fine , it was rotating and wasn’t locked up or anything, next day i toke it to big mechanic for a free AC check , they proceeded to tell me the the AC compressor was broken and it would cost almost 1,000, which is not the type of money i have as a high schooler. After i told them i didn’t want it fixed they said fine but they told me they already toke out my cabin Air filter and it needed replaced (it most definitely did not) and charged me 30 bucks for something i did not want. later that day , disappointed and felt taken advantage of, i went home and googled some more and turns out a honda needs a very specific refrigerant, i went to check my refrigerant and instead of what i filled it up to ( A little over 40 psi) they filled it overly too much which they knew they shouldn’t have due to it will mess up my AC compressor (Thinking i will come back because it will actually break) however luckily i checked it, i drained it all myself and put the new refrigerant in and my AC works amazing now. Please Do your research before ever taking your car here especially as a young or older person as i was taken advantage of.

    Hunter: My friend brought in his 2008 Mustang GT. The owner said that his son wanted to race him in his 240z. They charged $1600 to blow up my buddies transmission. There was a brand new back left tire. The guy was asking if he knew the mileage on his car before he brought it in at. It was worse off than when he brought it to the shop. They destroyed the gear box. It now requires 2 hands to shift gears and it grinds. Took a month for them to try and give him back his car with a blown transmission. They refuse to admit that they did anything to it. They didn’t refund him either. They just say he has no evidence. If you go here, document everything beforehand and after. DO NOT GO HERE.

    Becky B: Only one star because I couldnt put a negative one. I went here to get an estimate on my car for minor damage due to an accident so I could submit it to the insurance company and was told because they were getting ready to close it would be ready the following day. I was fine with that, no problem. The next day I called around 4:30 when I got off to check on the estimate and was told it was ready and would be sent to me before they left for the day.... never received anything!! The following day I called and got no answer so I texted and still no reply. This went on for the next couple of days. They wont answer or responded to messages. This is not how you do business! I went to another collision center in Dade City and got the estimate same day even though they were getting ready to close as well they took the time to stay late and complete the estimate for me. I would never recommend this place! I tried to support a small local business and wont do it again!
