5 /5 Andy Kane: These guys are great! Let me start with I was on vacation and from out of town. My heater core started leaking on my way from Georgia to Florida I brought my truck truck here for repair. I was kept well informed and was told the part was hard to get. They ordered the part from Dallas and ordered it overnight. The part did not come in on time and was called to inform me. They said they could bypass my heater core just to get me home. I said great do it and thank you. I picked my truck up and went back to my rental property. Three days later I noticed my truck running hot, added coolant and noticed leak near water pump. Brought it back to these guys and although I could tell they were very busy said they would look at it. Less than an hour later they said my water pump was leaking. Unfortunately they could not get one to fix it. Said it was a dealer only repair, said they would top off my coolant so I could make it to dealer. I offered to pay them for their time and they refused. If I ever need an auto repair in Crawfordville ever again I won’t go anywhere else.

1 /5 Louis Behr: Call last Thursday to schedule to bleed my brakes made appointment for 2PM today arrived early a was told "We dont make appointments and u need to leave for 2 to 3 days till we can get to me." Some service, not.

5 /5 Corey lees: I believe in have a loose heat shield. One of those things that only rattles when the temps are perfect. Naturally, they couldnt reproduce it at the time or find it. Not unusual. They refused to take any payment.

I am so thankful that I can take my vehicles to Auto Pros and know Im going to be treated fairly, given honest problems and solutions, and know its done right. No better garage anywhere!! Keith and Neil are the best!!

1 /5 Julius Culpepper: I called to get an estimate for a rear differential. Instead of giving me the quote I asked for. I was told I need to bring my vehicle in for that information. Ive already taking my vehicle to a Chrysler dealership I told them. If you cant give me something as simple as an estimate I asked for it. There is no way Im giving you my business. This business might be great but you need someone else answering your phones. This person is running off potential customers
