5 /5 A Aa: I brought in my Jeep Grand Cherokee because I was having issues with the coils and fuel pump and some other issues. I received an estimate and the owner Omar took his time to explain why my car needed the parts that it needed and how everything works, and I learned a lot more about my car from him. Omar and his staff/mecahnics were very honest. There was no pressure like you normally would get from car repair shops where the problem is not fixed and you gotta keep going back and spend more money. This was not the case here. My car is running well and I no longer have the issue I was having when I first brought my car in. Omar is very patient too. The cost to repair for my car was very reasonable. They definitely guarantee their work and back it up. The front desk receptionist Mary is very polite, very caring as well as very knowledgeable. The mechanics at this shop work very well together. It was a very pleasant experience. Superb car repair shop!

However, this couple came out to my home, gave me a very realistic diagnostic of my vehicle, and in just about an hour fixed it. I needed the wheel bearing replaced on my van, and with parts and labor combined it was well less than $300 total. They were easy to work with, easy to get along with, and definitely were trustworthy! They will be my go-to from now on when it comes to vehicle repair.

Vannessa K: Had a new starter installed and car still wouldn’t work. So we called Marc who quoted a $125 diagnostic fee. Sure no problem! He calls after looking at it and says oh bad starter. He was already told starter is brand new. So we get the oh could have been a bad starter it happens. Then he charged about $400 to take out the starter to install a new one (that $400 doesn’t include the cost of a new starter). Well starter was actually still good so he put it back on. Then he decided after that to check voltage and then goes oh you just need a new battery. Ended up costing over $700 for him to figure that out and install a battery! I personally feel we should not of had to pay for the starter to be taken out and put back in considering we told him it was new. We asked for a discount because voltage should have been checked before he just said oh bad starter and he refused. Seems he just does stuff to jack up the cost. Be very aware of this place and find somewhere else to go!!

I also thought That I might’ve needed new brake pads due to a noise the drivers side front wheel was making. After checking it out he said my pads where fine and the noise was from the hubcap being loose so I appreciate his honesty. All around high marks. Good service, good price, no frills and honest.
