1 /5 Jay Styles: The owner of this business is the rudest person I ever met with a nasty attitude.. and the worst part he smiles like a D bag. I went up there to get my businesses car fixed and he wrote out a 1500$ estimate without actually driving the car himself. He said it had new struts when the car hasnt been touched in 2 years.. he didnt address the electrical issue.. but he said it needed a steering rack when it has electronic power steering and that wasnt the issue. He was also bad mouthing other customers when I walked in.. then blamed cyber attacks as to why he couldnt order the parts for the car that it didnt need anyways. I tried to talk to him but his response was "Ive been doing this a long time Im stupid" lol what a joke.. take your car to andes car center youll thank me later

For the last 25 or so I havent owned a car - weve been leasing. But, when my Lincoln lease ended 3 months later I bought a used car. Good - but it is still used. Ive been concerned that my battery might need to be replaced. Batteries place tested it and said it was OK, maybe it was the starter. I call Roy and make a time to come see him. He has me start the car - twice. Gets a testing device and puts it on the battery (in the floor behind the front passenger seat). Then he puts a charger on it. When it was full he put the fence little tester on it again. It prints out the result: REPLACE BATTERY. Heres the deal - when you need a mechanic to work on your car go to Roys - tell Roy I sent you and he and his shop will take real good care of you.
