Had a heart attack and Dr.Waheed and his staff was a miracle to have working on me.. Dr and his staff went out there way for any needs I had. I love west Florida hospital is was the very best . Shout outs to Dr.Waheed, perdido bay E.R. STAFF and doctor, life flight emts , nurses johnny, Tina and especially Justin . There are more but I cant remember the names. Thank you all for helping save my life.

Timothy G: Went into the ER , and They are less interested in patient care and more concerned with making their money. Patient care is bottom of the totem pole for them, and they make people wait hours to be seen. We finally got seen after an hour, and it was a very impatient screening. The nurse that saw us was kind enough, but dismissed us as a non-emergent case. I love Baptist health in the past, but they’ve lost my respect for this visit.

Tina Sprayberry: Dr. Thompson is great! I found him to be very professional and extremely caring...So sad he left. I did not care for the doc that replaced him. He wanted to change several of my medicines for no reason. I started going to the 9 Mile location. One lady of the office staff hung up on me two times. I was very sick at the time with bacterial pneumonia. I no longer go there because she is rude. I go to Woodlands now and I love it! DR. MARK RYAN IS AWESOME

Jennifer Buchanan: Went last night to receive care after I had a really bad migraine with ear pain. I was sent to stay in a consult room instead of an actual room because it was so busy. I didn’t have an issue with that the issue I had was after I had told my nurse my symptoms I disclosed that I had been there a few days prior with my daughter who was diagnosed with COVID not once did I say I had COVID. Since I was placed in the consult room I over heard or I’m pretty sure the whole er heard the er physician ANTHONY NUCHERENO being extremely UNPROFESSIONAL stating that I knowingly came into the ER with COVID and you don’t do that and that he didn’t care that I had a mask on again he was making accusations because I DID NOT know I had COVID. I was sick previously so I thought I was the one who gave it to my daughter. When he came into the room he was extremely confrontational and immediately said, “ So you knew you had COVID” and I said oh so your doctors that made those remarks and he said yes I’m the doctor and once I confronted him of the things I heard him say, the coward he is immediately lied and said that he was not talking about me. He also stood extremely close to me where I had to look up at him so I told him to back away and he sat down afterwards. I later confirmed with my nurse and she told me everything that happened and confirmed that what I heard had definitely come from him and continued to apologize for his deplorable behavior he also forgot to give me the Tylenol he was said he would and just sent the nurse to discharge me but I was so over being there I just went to CVS and purchased it myself. This doctor needs a refresher on customer care and bedside manner. The nurses and the rest of the staff were great.

Jo Ann Emmons: Dr Blanchard has left the office. We weren’t even notified. A nurse practitioner saw my 86 year old mother. She was very dismissive and rude. We were interrupted 5 times with her leaving the office once. My mother is underweight. She told my mother it wouldn’t hurt to eat a cheeseburger without asking about her eating habits. She also told her to drink more water again without asking. My mother only drinks water and coffee. Plus she cannot refill all her meds because she is not a doctor.

Carl Owens: Im listening as my wife is on the phone with these people. She has the phone on speaker. The lady scheduled an appointment for my daughters and the call ended. Simple. My kids have been going here for years. Suddenly my wife gets a call back about a few hours later saying sorry we dropped your kids as patience because back in 2019 you were discharged for rude behavior. My wife was confused. Asked what the incident was specifically to help her remember. Surely it must have been bad. Well the lady responded and said back in 2019 my wife walked out of the office and said she was bringing the kids somewhere else. I was thinking, is that it? The lady continued to tell my wife that if she was having a bad day that day it didnt give her the right to be rude to them. Im thinking... so she walked out back in 2019 and yall continued to see my kids after that but suddenly you spot a note you left 6 years ago and call my wife to tell her you canceled them. Surely yall have a bigger backbone than that. I thought they were going to say my wife cussed them out or something. But all she did was walk out? Talk about extreme. And dramatic. And RUDE. Anyway all the bad reviews make sense now. At first I didnt understand but now I do. The Victorianos are not kind people. And neither are the desk staff.
