1 /5 Jennifer Buchanan: Went last night to receive care after I had a really bad migraine with ear pain. I was sent to stay in a consult room instead of an actual room because it was so busy. I didn’t have an issue with that the issue I had was after I had told my nurse my symptoms I disclosed that I had been there a few days prior with my daughter who was diagnosed with COVID not once did I say I had COVID. Since I was placed in the consult room I over heard or I’m pretty sure the whole er heard the er physician ANTHONY NUCHERENO being extremely UNPROFESSIONAL stating that I knowingly came into the ER with COVID and you don’t do that and that he didn’t care that I had a mask on again he was making accusations because I DID NOT know I had COVID. I was sick previously so I thought I was the one who gave it to my daughter. When he came into the room he was extremely confrontational and immediately said, “ So you knew you had COVID” and I said oh so your doctors that made those remarks and he said yes I’m the doctor and once I confronted him of the things I heard him say, the coward he is immediately lied and said that he was not talking about me. He also stood extremely close to me where I had to look up at him so I told him to back away and he sat down afterwards. I later confirmed with my nurse and she told me everything that happened and confirmed that what I heard had definitely come from him and continued to apologize for his deplorable behavior he also forgot to give me the Tylenol he was said he would and just sent the nurse to discharge me but I was so over being there I just went to CVS and purchased it myself. This doctor needs a refresher on customer care and bedside manner. The nurses and the rest of the staff were great.

5 /5 Jamie Minderman: I had the unfortunate need to visit this place twice in as many months. The service and care that I received both times were exceptional. Everyone was pitching it to help each other and it seemed like a great team dynamic. Really patient centered care. They made sure I had everything I needed while I was there and when discharged. Highly recommend them for your urgent care needs.

1 /5 Shawn Swafford: I came in Saturday around 8 to 9pm with knee issue where I could not walk. Wife got a wheelchair for me and helped me get out of the car with no help from the women sitting at the front desk she sat and played on her phone. Wife wheeled me into the alley port area where she ran back to park the car. The wheelchair I was in was one you can not operate by yourself so I sat there looking right at the lady in the office while she with no care at all played on her phone. When wife came back in to push me the rest of the way in the lady acted aggravated that we were there in the first place. Went to the back and the doctor didn’t want to listen to me at all and refused to help me until I agreed to do an X-ray. When the X-ray was done he told me nothing was wrong and just wrote me a prescription for lortabs and sent me on my way. Before leaving I had to pop my knee back without any assistance from them that way I could just get it put in a brace. By far the worst experience I’ve had at a doctors facility. Would never recommend these people in any sort of way, unless of course you’re looking for pills with no actual help at all!

1 /5 Marc Schrenker: You need to understand that if you get medical help here you will face serious legal problems down the road. They do not know how to properly code in your insurance information. And, because they cant properly bill insurance companies, they will expect you to pay out of pocket. I have had a horrible experience with this company and I would urge you to go elsewhere. You will be dealing with nothing but headaches and red tape. When Santa Rosa doesnt get paid, they then hire thug attorneys down in Cocoa Florida called Lotane and Associates to sue people. There are so many horror stories about innocent patients, all over this county, getting sued by Santa Rosa Medical. Go anywhere but here.

1 /5 Alexandria Wiliams: -5 stars. Staff seemed personally offended by asking them to run tests on patient. Nurses name was Kelly and she immediately had an attitude by me asking if they were going to do ANY tests before prescribing antibiotics to my sister. Was a legitimate waste of time and will never be back.
