1 /5 Francesca Cardinale: Ive been coming to BABY nail bar for last few years now consistently. But my last visit was not what I expected. I always go for a dip mani/regular pedi and take this time to relax from a stressful work life. But recently, it has been anything but relaxing and yesterday was the worst. I had an appointment with Adriana and I have never been cut so many times. I never get cut, period. But she was cutting my cuticles and making me bleed left and right, toes included. And she wasnt apologetic about it at all. She laughed and said my cuticles must be really sensitive. I can assure they are not because this NEVER has happened to me in the years that Ive been getting my nails done here. They were still bleeding when I got home. Needless to say, Im disappointed how this nail tech handled the situation and I sadly will not be coming back to where I always used to rely on getting good service and good nails.
