5 /5 Johely Quintero: I’m a big fan of Baldwin Park Family Dental! First, the office is beautiful, and so clean and welcoming. The whole office runs like a well oiled machine. Everything seems to flow so quickly and so efficiently. The front desk staff was very friendly, kept me informed and made sure I had everything I needed for my appointment. My hygienist was knowledgeable and kind, and made sure I understood everything that was happening. Dr. Ortiz was absolutely great. She made sure I knew all of my options and helped me decide the best course of action for my health. I had a crown done, everything went smoothly and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I couldn’t ask for a better dental experience!

5 /5 Fernando Serrano: Baldwin Park is fantastic! I was able to get seen for a new patient appointment with Darion and the entire process was seamless, the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. I was able to schedule and get my fillings done within the same month, Dr. Ortiz has a great bed-side manner and I would highly recommend for anyone with a fear of the dentist to come here!

5 /5 Christine Hernandez: I had a very pleasant experience at Baldwin Park Family Dental. Laurie the dental hygienist conducted a very thorough examination including 360 X-Rays and oral cancer screening before I met with Dr. Ortiz, who explained the recommended treatment plan. Although I had to wait 3 months for this appointment, they were able to fit me in the very next day for a deep cleaning. The team is wonderful and the treatment provided exceeded my expectations.

Pediatric Dentistry of Winter Park: Allison Miller, DDS - Winter Park Kimberly Flint: I feel so fortunate to have been referred to this practice by a friend who is also a dentist. My son developed a dental abscess after having a cavity filled by our now former pediatric dentist. It was not handled appropriately and we were given advice that was NOT the standard of care and could have jeopardized my son’s health. When they told me they were currently scheduling 8 months out and would let me know when they had a cancellation (on a first come first serve basis) to extract the infected tooth I was livid. When an established patient has a dental emergency, you don’t make them wait! I cannot explain how I breathed a sigh of relief when Dr. Miller agreed to see us. She was able to examine my son, take some x-rays and extract the tooth that day because the infection never would have cleared without having done that. She was competent and had an amazing bedside manner. Truly. The entire staff from receptionist to dental assistants were all absolutely lovely. We have found ourselves a new dental practice. I don’t even care that they’re out of network for us and we have to drive a bit to get there. Well worth the health and well-being of my children.

Winter Park Pediatric Dentistry - Winter Park Love Carter “MssCarter29”: This was our first time visiting Winter Park Denitistry and we loved everything about it. From check in to check out we were greeted with smiles and kindness. They were super gentle with my 3 year old. He never said “ouch” or cried like at the last pediatric dentist in Ocoee. I prepared my son for this appointment by taking him with me to my dentist appointment a few days before. I explained to him that he will visit the dentist soon and will get to sit in the big chair.
