Jeana Houghton I went here when they first opened and loved them. Caring, friendly, knowledgeable…a well oiled machine/team. We moved away about 10 years ago and when we moved back here I went to someone else because of our insurance. Fast forward 3 years, I cancelled crappy insurance and went back to Collins. They keep up with new technology and everyone there is an expert. My other dentist even complimented the work I had done at Collins 10 years ago. This is the only dentist that I don’t dread going to. You won’t be disappointed.

She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and answered all of my questions. Dr. Azer took the time to listen to all of my concerns and developed a treatment plan that was exactly what I need. Right from the First visit on Nov 22, 2024 to Surgery day on 12/17/2024. Everyone from Smile design to financing have been wonderful. Yes its not cheap but It is worth every penny. I have not felt this good about myself in over 15 years. I had a bad experience with a local dentist spent almost 19,000 with everything that was in addition to the coat on paper always needing extra. I never felt comfortable with my smile or the inability to chew or bite into anything and after 2.5 yrs I lost 14 lbs. I love the new me. I am happy and looking forward to adding some pounds back on. Every single person here from the front desk to the back office, was kind, professional, and thorough. Sergio was my dental hygienist on the first day, and he not only gave my teeth a great cleaning but also took the time to teach me how to care for them properly. Dr. Whitehead was super approachable and answered all of my questions without hesitation. The very next day, I was able to easily schedule my upcoming appointments thanks to Crystal at the front desk, she was incredibly sweet and helpful. And shoutout to Angela, the dental assistant, who made the whole visit feel calm and encouraging. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all of my dental needs!

Red Awesome visit. Got two teeth extracted so theres gonna be some pain but it was well managed. The doctor did a great job of explaining the whole process and each step to make sure I understood what was going on so it made me feel a lot more comfortable during the whole visit.

Isaac Schilling 930 was my appointment. Its going on 1130. Just sitting here 3 whole hours late for work. I understand that this place already is bottom of the barrel. But please for the love of God, never come here for anything. Also heads up, your fillings will be falling out if you get work done here. The doctor is in and out of rooms every 30 seconds. Trust me I know mine already fell out.

PAIGE WILSON I want to say that I usually ignore reviews until I personally get to experience things myself, but this place is truly the worst dentist I could have ever taken my kids too. My kids walked out traumatized and so did I. The actual doctor who didn’t bother to introduce himself to me took two seconds to look at my children’s teeth and walked away saying they are fine when I know for a fact one kid had a cavity. Also the pictures i seen of how dirty the place was is accurate to the tea! This place needs a major cleaning. The floors were disgustingly dusty and with previous patients stuff on floor that was near or around their mouth. Don’t get me started on the bathroom it was worst than a truck stop. Roaches crawling everywhere on the floor and walls. I will never take them there or recommend this place to anyone. One and done for me. I hope this helps. I’m not a karen i promise you that I’m just being very honest. I didn’t make a scene but having my children crying walking out the door was unacceptable. They were so scared. And for those to comment something mean on this i honestly had no choice to take them here because their insurance was only accepted here. I’m in process of putting them on my insurance now. So we can go back to their old dentist who was wonderful when it came to children.

Jimmy Wilson Terrible service at this location. Had a crown fall out and they charged me $119 to put back in. I had 10:30 appointment and was there almost 2 hours. 7 days later, crown came out again. My appointment is today at 10am and it is now 11:00 and still sitting here. Definitely will be looking for another dentist. Also they very seldom answer the phone. The first time crown came out, I called them on Wednesday and did not hear back from them till Monday. People behind front desk, 6 of them, just sitting around doing nothing.

Kelli Coon This was easily the best dental visit I’ve ever had. I hadn’t been to the dentist for a long time out of fear and anxiety from traumatic dental experiences as a child. Everyone from scheduling on the phone to check out and everyone in between was kind and helpful. The hygienist Steven took time before he touched my mouth to ask about my fear of the dentist. He immediately put my mind at ease and was very patient with me and gentle. The most painless cleaning I’ve ever had. Dr. Caroline was friendly, cheerful and right away developed great rapport with me. She was clear and concise explaining everything and answered all of my questions. No one tried to upsell me unnecessary procedures or cosmetic work which is appreciated. They are busy and yet extremely efficient and timely. 10/10 recommend

Ginny Miller My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Desai since she first opened her practice in Orlando. She and all of her staff are kind, caring, professional, and excel at what they do. When we go in, we feel welcomed and are treated like family. Most recently our 93 year father had a dental emergency. Although he hadn’t seen a dentist in a decade, the office manager Pam, stepped in, worked with his physician, and got him right in for emergency and follow up treatment. Our father was so relieved and pleased - he said that they treated him with the utmost kindness and concern. Thank you Desai Dental for giving us excellent care, while making our family feel as though we’re part of yours ❤️

Isabella Gallego The staff was so nice! they were patient with me and my questions and the nice lady who did my x-rays was patient with me when it felt uncomfortable she moved it. The dental hygienist Johany was also very nice and could speak to me in spanish which is the language I most comfortable with. All around very good service!

John Asbury This place is pathetic. I’d give zero stars if possible. I had a dental procedure last year. I paid several hundred out of pocket and my insurance was to cover the rest. Well the coded the paperwork wrong to my insurance(that’s what my insurance said) so it was declined. Now they are texting me every day to pay the bill. All fine and well I figure they could redo the coding and fix it. Well I’ve been calling their office for literally 5-6 months about 150+ phone calls and they have yet to answer the phone. I talked to other coast dental down the road but they said I’d have to talk to the winter park office. Finally got ahold of one of their call centers and they are escalating this to the dm of the area so hopefully they can help. This office staff needs training on how to pick up a phone.

William Suits This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at a dental place and will never go to another Coast Dental again. 1. They didn’t even have a dentist in the building but rather have a dentist call from a teams video call to talk with you. 2. Was charged at the desk but kept receiving messages saying I have an outstanding balance even though I paid. Must either mean their front office worker made a mistake or the company purposely didn’t charge me correctly so that they can charge extra fees for not paying in a timely manner. Either way feels like they don’t care about the customer. 3. Front lady wouldn’t help with determining which dental insurance has better benefits at this location (I understand I should probably know beforehand) but gave me a really bad attitude and made it seem like she had a lot of work to do. I was the only one in the waiting room and I could hear her talking and laughing in the back room. 4. Went to ask about this outstanding balance I have on 1/27/2025 at 4:30 but they were closed for the day even though they’re supposed to be open until 5:00. Either change your hours online and on the door to the office to your correct hours or you have people leaving work early.

Kimberly Flint I feel so fortunate to have been referred to this practice by a friend who is also a dentist. My son developed a dental abscess after having a cavity filled by our now former pediatric dentist. It was not handled appropriately and we were given advice that was NOT the standard of care and could have jeopardized my son’s health. When they told me they were currently scheduling 8 months out and would let me know when they had a cancellation (on a first come first serve basis) to extract the infected tooth I was livid. When an established patient has a dental emergency, you don’t make them wait! I cannot explain how I breathed a sigh of relief when Dr. Miller agreed to see us. She was able to examine my son, take some x-rays and extract the tooth that day because the infection never would have cleared without having done that. She was competent and had an amazing bedside manner. Truly. The entire staff from receptionist to dental assistants were all absolutely lovely. We have found ourselves a new dental practice. I don’t even care that they’re out of network for us and we have to drive a bit to get there. Well worth the health and well-being of my children.

Caitlin Mehlich Everyone is so kind! The office staff, hygienists, and Dr. Miller were very informative, took great care of my kids and we were in and out in 30 minutes for their cleanings. Our dental hygienist Faith was kind and encouraging and was able to get our toddler to comply with a mini cleaning and quick x rays. I like that I was able to hold and reassure my daughter and with Faith we were able to figure out the best positioning to complete her first visit. Dr. Miller was kind and proficient and before we knew it our first visit was completed in a much shorter time frame than what we were expecting. Our daughter actually didn’t want to leave as she was having too much fun playing in the waiting area. I would whole heartedly recommend Pediatric Dentistry of WP and I am grateful for the extraordinary warmth, kindness and professionalism that we encountered.
