2 /5 Rita Hinton: Normally I never leave review. I know when volume lets up the staff can let loose a little. But, this was beyond the pale! I heard conversations that were inappropriate and definitely playtime that delayed me getting simple bloodwork. My time is valuable also. Next time I’ll choose Quest if I can choose

1 /5 Ssamjang: Avoid this hospital in all costs!!!!! I had a hysterectomy in January, had to go to ER because I had an infection, 2 days later I am experiencing a fever and nausea so I tried to make an appointment with my primary doctor but the person who took my appointment call got upset when I told him 5 days from now is too far away he got upset and hung up the phone on me, are you serious now??? Check the recorded calls it happened at February 10th 8:05-8:15 am, since you guys are "recording" and see how your shitty staffs are doing!!!

2 /5 Lindsay Cooper: I made an appointment for 5:30 with urgent care, I arrived at 5:15. I still haven’t seen the doctor and it’s 6:42.

2 /5 Brooke Legare: The lab is combined with MRI in a very small waiting room (7 chairs). They were not very quick or timely. I found the receptionist to be rude and the office slow to do orders. I ended up leaving after being there for almost 40 minutes due to the wait and terrible attitudes from the staff. This is the first time I have walked out on getting blood work due to feeling uncomfortable to how they would handle the needle draw.

1 /5 Jeanette Kelson: Completely unprofessional and self-important. I arrived at 745am for a 740 am appointment to see my doctor, Kendall Henry. I’ve never been late before, mind you. If you even call 5 minutes “late”. The young unprofessional at the front desk looks at me and tells me that since I’m “late”, they will need to “work me into their schedule”. I ask the young unprofessional- do you have any idea how long that will be? I’m a little amazed at her delivery, because there’s nobody in the waiting room, and I must be the first appointment of the day. She looks at me with a straight face and tells me I have no idea, we’re just going to have to work you in. At this point, it looks like she’s actually getting enjoyment out of ruining my morning. So, because my day would not allow for me to wait indefinitely for them to work me into their schedule, I leave and try to call back to set up an appointment for a later date. I expressed my aggravation when I called back to try to reschedule, and the other girl just tells me “that’s our policy “. Fast forward to Kendall Henry sending me a letter to my home cancelling me from retaining services there going forward. What a joke. Dr Kendall Henry and her staff clearly just want to make sure their patients know who’s boss. Who acts like this. Nobody believes this story when I tell it. Can’t make this stuff up. You’re better off finding another provider.
