  • Alejandro Traveria, MD - Jacksonville Mark & Sue Richey: Dr. Traveria and his staff are the absolute best around. Dr. Traveria goes above and beyond in addressing every detail relating to my visit. Hes very easy to talk to and always give his utmost attention, never rushing through the visit.I drive almost an hour each way to see him, and its more than worth it. I feel so fortunate to have this quality of doctor as my primary care physician and hope to continue seeing Dr. T for the duration of my life. Our entire family feels the same.
Agape Community Health Center - Jacksonville Toni Brown: Agape Community Health has been an amazing part of my healthcare team. Each Practitioner that I have seen in their network has been a blessing to me. They’ve gone above and beyond to help me manage my condition and get me connected to the specialists that can aid in my care. The staff is always pleasant!
Baptist Endocrinology - Baptist South Office - Jacksonville Brooke Wimberley: Staff are incredibly friendly. From check-in to check- out, everything was smooth and efficient. I can’t say enough positive about Dr. Sarabu. He is a phenomenal provider who listened to my concerns and worked with me to develop a treatment plan. As someone who has had T1D since childhood, I appreciated that he did not dismiss that I know my body very well. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for an endocrinologist.
Millennium Physician Group - Jacksonville Charity Jones: I am very relieved to have found them. I saw Brittney Burdick the PA and she is very intelligent, knowledgeable, and helpful. She knew the tests I needed done before I asked for them which has never happened to me. The medical assistant was very compassionate and genuine. Also, they do blood draws in office so I didn’t have to go to quest. It was easily the most painless blood draw I’ve had. :)
Davis Building - Jacksonville jim russo: My recent visit to the Davis Building was regarding x-rays and a consult in lieu of bilateral total knee replacement. I was very nervous but was soon relieved upon entering the Davis Building I went to the help desk for directions I checked in at the appointment desk I was allowed to go up to the X-ray area early and was at the waiting area for the consult shortly thereafter the x-rays. Let me just say every step of the way I was greeted with a smile and confidence. The building was extremely clean and the air conditioning was very very comfortable.. the x-ray department was unbelievably accommodating and when I met with the doctor he answered all my questions. I had not one issue. I hope you have the same kind of experience that I did. Im looking forward to going back tomorrow to speak to an orthopedic surgeon.JR
Baptist Medical Center Nassau - Fernandina Beach Michael Register: I would avoid this place at all costs unless its a life or death situation. The doctor was amazing and she was very nice but The nurses are beyond rude and disrespectful. Very specifically nurse valery F. Was the most rude and even told us next time to visit a different hospital. I was ok with it because all I need them to do is their job, however there is a limit to what you can say to a patient. We waited an extraordinarily long time after being diagnosed and told we were being discharged. After an hour I walked outside to ask what was taking so long and I was rudely told there are no discharge orders and I can wait for as long as they want me to. I refuse to be treated this way by any establishment, much less a hospital. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Mental Health Resource Center Inc - Jacksonville Misfit: Don’t listen to the other reviews MHRC is a great place. The staff are super friendly. They’re great at de-escalating situations and keeping problems to a minimum they understand different kinds of people and they understand how to talk to people. They’re very good at recognizing how you feel in that moment And they know exactly what to say. Everybody is human we all messed up so we can’t expect the staff to be perfect but I will say they are definitely in my top 10 cause I’ve been to a few since I was a child And trust me I’ve been to some bad ones, but MRC is definitely like 4 Especially with the audition of Miss Allison, she’s been Taking care of me since I was like 16 And their doctors & Techs They’re great. I don’t know man I might just be high LOL But I’m leaving for Oregon to do job course soon And I truly believe that if MHRC had Not saved my life in the way they did. I would not be here. I would not be in this situation. I would not be prospering the way I am right now so please If you are considering inpatient outpatient, whatever take me to consideration that their staff is extremely friend And remember everybody’s human, but they do a great job at what they’re supposed to do God bless
Ascension St. Vincents St. Johns County - St Johns Sheryl Beavers: The image department did a thorough exam. The imaging tech was very competent and did a great job. I also had an ultrasound done to rule out cancer. The Dr. was knowledgeable and kind. Would recommend this hospital for care. Check in was easy. Everyone was was very nice and accommodating.
Baptist Heart Specialists - Pavilion Office (Downtown/San Marco) - Jacksonville Alan Engle: Diagnosed pericarditis before seeing Dr Obi and his staff.....The point of this negative review is that after having a 2nd stress test with a positive result of pericardial effusion with symptoms of shortness of breath and elevated HR with minimal activity. I contacted the office via the portal twice and called the office and left messages twice as well, none of those were replied to. 2 weeks later his nurse called back and stated she was away during that time??? Like these messages dont get triaged by anyone else in the office?? I had a positive test result, bear in mind and was reaching out for next steps based on my symptoms which were worsening It took me calling the office and speaking with the manager 2 weeks after, who was very nice & apologetic and admitted that this case would be a learning tool for the staff on how portal/voice msgs should be triagged. This "heart specialist" should take this message to heart and work on what should already be a much more thorough process for patient care. Its a good thing theres no shortage of phenomenal cardio doctors and organizations here in Jacksonville (off of San Pablo specifically) that I feel are looking out for my best interests and Im glad I switched. Do your own research
Ashutosh Pradhan, MD - Jacksonville Douglas Frantzen: I cant speak to his acumen as a surgeon as we never got that far, but my review is related to my experience across 3 visits with him. Im not one to normally write reviews but felt compelled to do so in this case, as I had to walk out of my appointment with him based on his rudeness and unprofessionalism. In 2 out of my 3 visits to him, he was dismissive and rude. Normally, I can overlook personality challenges if they are a good doctor, but I would call that into question here. This doctor isnt diagnostic or academic. He basically has a very tight playbook, and if you fall into a exact specific area that is black and white, then maybe he can help you. Hes not interested in hearing about your symptoms if they dont fall into the small area of understanding he has. If you are not an easy candidate for surgery, he will not give you advice or any other form of next step. Its basically "good luck to you". My first visit with him, he basically told me what I was experiencing wasnt real. I pressed for further testing since my imaging already shows 2 herniated discs among other cervical problems, and he obliged and ordered me a nerve conduction study. That study showed radiculopathy in the areas of herniated discs, so he then changed his tune and starting discussing surgical options with me. I wanted to exhaust all conservative options first, so I delayed further conversation about surgery, then came back several months later after I had tried all remaining conservative options and taken even more tests. In that visit, he was frustrated that I had gotten opinions of other doctors and accused me of "doctor shopping". Mind you, I dont take pain medications. Ive refused them during my 15 months of pain, and I was not pushing for surgery. In fact, I was attempting all conversative treatments until surgery was a last resort. This guys ego doesnt allow him to listen, be empathetic, or understand your situation.
