The Dr. was knowledgeable and kind. Would recommend this hospital for care. Check in was easy. Everyone was was very nice and accommodating.

5 /5 Orville Chapman: Scheduled for some tests, I arrived, checked in and before I could get good and settled in the waiting area, I was called back to the imaging department. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The moment they greeted me their professionalism shone through. Everyone got right to work and completed my screening in less than an hour. The staff even put up with my lame humor and we all had a few good laughs. St. Vincent’s is a great facility and gets an A+ from me.

5 /5 William Odonnell: Staff and facilities were the best Ive ever experienced. I was sent right after seeing my PCP next door. Was taken back in less than 4 minutes. Many tests completed in first 2 hours before I was told I was being admitted. Emergency room staff far exceeded all my expectations. After being admitted, hospital staff, especially Phyllis, Holly and Laine were outstanding. Awesome place to be if had to be hospitalized. Again thank you to all staff.

Dr P is the first doctor to recognize my husband as an individual & not just a patient with Parkinson’s. We appreciate his diagnosis. The nursing staff was so kind & caring. I felt my husband was in good hands from the start. This was not my husbands first trip to their ER. The first time I was dreading the wait, but that emotion was in vain. We were there & out within 2 hours! I want to always use this hospital! Of course I highly recommend!

5 /5 Liz Langdon: I had outpatient total knee replacement surgery yesterday. The experience was 100% positive. Prior to the surgery, I attended a class which prepared me for what I would need prior to the surgery and expectations post surgery. I also had my preop blood work done there which was convenient. The day of surgery went like clockwork. The staff was excellent: Professional, efficient and they took super good care of me! Definitely A+++ They set the stage for a very favorable outcome for this surgery!

Squanto 1: After multiple failed attempts to set up an appointment via phone and online. I finally got a call back but missed the call. Whoever called left a very short voice message and when I called back the office staff had no idea who called me (person didn’t leave a name/ext). I was then told someone would call me back to set up an appointment but they still have not for over a week. What is going on here? I have insurance and want to be seen but I feel they have no desire to even set up an appointment. Place is mismanaged.

J Bull: My PCP left the facility. No one from the facility called me to advise that she had left. 7mar25 I tried to get prescription refilled early in the morning. Later in the afternoon I checked and it was not approved, waiting on Doctor. Further searching revealed that my PCP had left and I was assigned another PCP not near me. Now I can’t get my prescription filled and have to rush to find a PCP closer to me. I have been there over 30 years. Thank You for caring.

Neal Thomson: We moved my father to this facility after 20 really disappointing days of no progress at a place called Fountains at Mill Cove. My father was recovering from 3 spine surgeries, the most serious being a laminectomy to repair an AVM. He went into the first place unable to transfer from a wheelchair, and they wanted to send him home in the same condition. Fountains kept him for 20 days, but he made almost no progress. Brooks had him for 20 days, and released him to another rehab center (River City Nursing and Rehab) actually able to walk 4-5 steps. We went with that facility recommended by Brooks, and 60 days later, my father walked back into his house, including climbing the stairs at the front. He has been living independently for the last year.

Jennifer Henderson: 4 years ago when I went here I loved it. Recommended everyone to come here. But now? Drastic downhill change. Its horrible here. Theres no control in the waiting room. Other patients being rude and staff doing nothing about it. Staff not making notes on my file when I tell them to NOT book me with ANY other doctor then the one I named. But yet.... Im still getting scheduled with other doctors. None of the staff, nurses and doctors included really care. Theyre a very free select few who do. Unfortunately I havent seen any today. Def NOT a doctors office Id recommend to ANYONE!

You may recognize the review below. Trust me, I attempted to read through most of them but I found this particular review more closely describe to my specific experience and satisfaction. My appointments were early AM, so I did not get to meet the front office staff but can only assume that they fit the same pattern of professionalism, patient satisfaction and "bed side manner". Thank God for the Terk Oncology team and excited to write a review. Excerpted From A Previous Review ... As I read other reviews, saying the same thing with different wording. I found one review which said what I wanted to say and it, in part follows : "I have generally arrived early for my appointments and have enjoyed visiting with other patients while waiting. All I spoke with were impressed with the professionalism, courteousness, efficiency and positive attitude of the staff. They have minimized any unpleasantness of the treatment and done everything possible to make us fell comfortable and informed about our treatment schedule and keeping it moving quickly. I think the attitude of the staff contributes to positive outcomes."
