Then she walked out the back door. Weve gone to many great clips for our kids and have NEVER had such a terrible experience. I have very long and thick hair but Emily never makes me feel like a burden, which is a nice change for me. The energy in the salon was vibrant yet relaxing, and I could tell the entire team genuinely loves what they do. It wasn’t just about a great color/treatment, it was about creating a positive experience.
