1 /5 logan Witt: I was there at 3:46 and was there until I left myself at 5:28 and they had me waiting in the back for an hour just for me to go out of the room to show I’m still there and then the rude as can be male nurse for this night shift was rude and gave me an attitude telling me the test I went there for takes three days when it has been instant as it should be so it can be treated right away and properly. They were all back there laughing and cutting up with other patients and making wait time longer for everyone else there especially by keeping me back there for over an hour when my test wouldn’t be back for three days as they say and that I’d be called back in 3 days. I told him so you made me wait over an hour for something I can’t even see the results of in the same day and then gives me the worst attitude and was saying well it’s not instant, I’ve never seen someone so unprofessional and downright righteous in some way of keeping me there for so long just for me to get told that’s not how this works with his hands on his hips,raising his eyebrows, being kinda whiny towards me that I was even questioning of why I was left for over an hour when he and the lady who took my vitals could’ve already told me that and not make me wait an hour to not even get treated the same day and then to get a nurse who just wants to go home and mad they have to do their job. He said he could treat me now but if he doesn’t know what I have he’s just giving me medication for anything at that point. It’s URGENTLY done in all urgent cares (except for this one for some reason) and medical facilities. I walked out telling him he’s not gonna talk to me like that and then he tried being nicer and since could just give me whatever he felt would be okay without even knowing what I had which could cause more damage than good.

1 /5 Maria Isabel Rivera: actually so freaking rude and not worth the money w/ night staff. called at 6:10PM (the close at 7:30) to see if I could come in for a urinalysis. they said so come it, the place was dead really when I got there. pulled me back things were fine, the MD or DO walks in and just was so rude, so short, and dismissive. should’ve gone to the ER where they have more resources and staff that understand/listen. Felt rushed, walked out of the room after the provide left and felt like somehow I was in the wrong for coming in. I called before coming in, they gave the ok, I should not have been made to feel bad for coming in to make sure I didn’t have a UTI.

1 /5 Zestay Taco: Incompetence works here. Nurse offered his idea which was a 10 day treatment plan. Vs my idea which would have had me treated in 3 hours. I could have been healed during the time spent in the waiting room. Instead the clown recommends a week long plan . Which is the opposite of urgent care. Avoid at all cost

1 /5 kier smith: Worst place ever. Rude staff. Took my daughter there tonight for a possible upper respiratory infection. Walked in at 7 :05 pm. The only thing the front desk said to us was scan the QR code. That was a good first impression. We get called back and the 1 nurse doing triage couldn’t be more annoyed that we were there. She kept shaking her head everytime my daughter was explaining her symptoms. I guess She thought she could just give my daughter anti biotics for a sinus infection and be done. Once we said her cough was bad and the side of her chest hurt from coughing. She turned to us and said our X-ray machine is already turned off and she needs that. I could tell right there that they didn’t want to even try. They told us to come back the next morning and do an x-ray and we could get the results. Unreal!! The website said urgent care open till 7:45. After we walked out at 7:25 they were turning the lights out. Some urgent care facility. I will NEVER go back nor recommend this place. We then headed back to high springs and went to north Fl urgent care and they gave her a breathing treatment and steroids. And chest X-ray which was clear.

1 /5 Raina Darkstorm: Was there for a follow-up with a workmans comp injury. Spent the better part of 2 hours waiting in an empty room. Spoke to the doctor for 2 seconds about getting a referral to an orthopedic then he apparently forgot about it. So glad this isnt my regular doctor. While the reception and nurses are awesome and competent, they dont make up for that load of malarkey.
