1 /5 AnnMarie Guerra: I rarely post any negative words. But I was sooo upset with the treatment from the Office staff. I needed an emergency tooth flipper replaced. I called them since they were the ones that had replaced it. Well because my management company changed and so did my benefits at the time I need some dental work done. He referred me to an oral surgeon. But the oral surgeon was out of my cost. I found another that assisted me and at time did some fillings. Well because financially I chose to see a local oral surgeon and not the one they referred me too, they were upset and stated that I cant jump dentist back and forth. I said it is out of my control due insurance not because I want too. I wont pay and out of network when I have an in network physician. Office staff didnt allow me to speak to doctor, and said I am basically not wanted there again. My heart broke I have been seeing Mr. Brown for some time. Even my hubby and children and a close friend go to him. But since the incident they all pulled away from his office. No one should be denied just because their insurance coverage changes and should be the patient right due to financial reasons. Shame on your staff Dr. Brown. I still care for you in my heart just disappointed how I was treated due to reasons out of my control.
