Brian’s team checked the vehicle, cleared the fault….nothing wrong with it. He has a forever customer in my family and highly recommend to use his services.

1 /5 M S: First time customer, dropped car off, looks like it’s leaking oil from the oil filter housing, the leak is visible from the top of the engine, pls fix. So, they called me and said it’s the oil pan gasket leaking. I said no way, it was just replaced. They said we put it on a lift and can see the oil leaking out. I said ok, then do what you think is right. $285 later, I get the car back, it’s leaking worse than before from the OIL FILTER HOUSING. So, I pulled the alternator out, dropped the AC compressor, pulled the oil filter house off, replaced the gasket AND the oil cooler, thank God because it was 85% clogged. Car runs great, no leaks. This was a blessing in disguise because I found the clogged oil cooler in the process. I Thank the repair shop for encouraging me to trust my instinct and fix it myself. FYI, the blob gasket picture is from the shop work, not my work. I will plan to fix that soon so my oil pick up tube doesn’t suck up the chunks when they fall off inside the pan.

1 /5 Sasha M: Started coming here because of my mom, she always said they did a great job, especially last minute. So when I get my new uses 2008 BMW that only has 80,000 mi and Its only had two owners and every 6 months these old owners got the car serviced every 6 months. First thing that happened was my coolant leak, I went in there over the course of 5 months to have that coolant fixed, were they even got me a new hose, but they told me that hose can rust and then I might need to have to buy a new one every single year. Cuz they just dont make things good anymore, multiple times I went in I had my coolant tightened. They said due to the Florida heat this just happens. And yet on the reports of the car there wasnt a bunch of issues with the hose or coolant leaks. Not until after I got my first fix at this place, it was like 3-5 coolant leaks every time they tightened. And then after that Im still trying to trust them and believe that theyre going to treat me professional, and I was incorrect. While the good thing was every time I came in they were accommodating to get my car in most of the time when I needed. But then would hold my cars for anywhere from 3 to 5 days and there would still be issues later on. This last time I was told that the reason after I got my car back from this place for an oil change and a tire rotation, that the screen started to Black out. And also my radio wouldnt work correctly, and then my cruise control started to act up and just little electrical errors 3 days after I got my car back. So I called them in a panic, someone called me back the next day and said I could bring it in and worried for me too. That was all fake. I had a lot going on and I had to wait 2 weeks before giving them my car again becuz I knew itd be a few days again. And all the while Im trying to be patient and understanding and fit in wherever they tell me. And after 3 days Im gaslight into thinking its just the knob in the middle that controls the screen, i had to get a new one. Weird though, I said my radio would turn back on after about 10-20 minutes and the knob and everything worked like normal. But it was getting worse. The guy told me no no its for sure the knob it controls everything, lets start with that. So I waited for the call and no one called me after a week. So I called and let them know I took videos to show them what the issues were cuz maybe they just didnt pay attention or its gotten worse and they need to see it. The lady just said okay and hung up on me and 4 more weeks later and Ive never heard back. Not a peep. Just done with me and my car stuff. Ive only been nice and patient because I truly thought wow their a mom and pop shop and helped my mom a lot so Im sure theyll be kind to me. I guess they got tired of my car needing to come in over 10 times this year and yet that my fault my car had issues after I got it back? Okay Reedited becuz of typos since I wrote it after realizing how angry I am about this about a month just driving around with zero sound. But Im going to someone else so dont worry. Someone who cares about their customers and actually calls them back

I was a kid when my dad took all our vehicles there to be worked on, and as Ive grown and now have a family of my own, this is where we go for everything from regular maintenance to major repairs. This family-owned business employs the most skilled technicians. From the shop to the front office, their customer service is top notch. They literally know everyone in our family by name - even the kiddos ages! They are honest and reasonably priced. We trust them implicitly. In fact, we just transitioned our recently purchased vehicle from routine maintenance/ service at the local dealership to Brian Pessolano Auto Repair & Services, something I knew I should have done from day one. Work that the dealership quoted me an arm and leg on, which I had been putting off for a few months, I just had done at Brians in one day at a fraction of the cost.
