1 /5 Matt Dandrea: I called him at 8 AM. Told him what the issue was., He explained how his service work told me about the diagnosis fee and that he likes to try and take care of the problem on the same visit. Told me that he just happen to have today off normally he’s booked two weeks in advance so I said great. He said he could make it around 9am. As it’s getting close to nine, he texted and said he had an emergency recovery in Daytona to do and that he would To 2 o’clock. I said whatever an emergency recovery is, but I guess he gets more money for that so whatever OK cool he’s still coming today at two. 2 o’clock rolls around I don’t hear from him. I text him and he says can we shoot for tomorrow? I am still nowhere near your area. I said OK I’ll give this guy one more shot. We talked about him coming out the following morning and now he tells me, “did you figure out how you’re going to pay the diagnosis fee?” I kindly told him cash, but I prefer you get the entire job done provided it’s not anything too complicated like we discussed earlier I don’t wanna have to make multiple appointments with you if not, As he made it sound plainly like he was just coming to do a diagnosis and that was all he planned to do… Then he starts to lecture me after using the phrase LOL LOL LOL Like five times like a child (Very unprofessional in my opinion)… Starts telling me that no good mechanic can get the job done in one day and that if I find a mechanic they can they’re probably no good…… I knew at that point I did not want to get involved with this guy and told him forget it. I would just go to the dealer. So no, I’ve never actually used this guy’s service, but after the experience I had who would want to
