2 /5 Paulo Prado: I dont recommend it! The clinic is not humane. They treat people like dirt. Their system is inefficient. Were in our 4th month of pregnancy and we still cant get through because they make up every rule at the last minute and refer us to other places that dont serve us or give us false information. The girls at reception were rude and unwilling to help us and gave us wrong information, wasting our time. If your idea is to have a healthy pregnancy, go elsewhere! This is not what prenatal care is for!

They only care about money and will stop calling and not inform you when they chose not to see your child due to them not being vaccinated, They do not care what your reason is they just hear that they well not be making money off your child and refuse them medical care.

gladys hirschorn: I had scheduled an appointment almost a month ago for the first of the three gel injections in my knee. it was scheduled in three days from now and bc I was not able to reach the office on the phone, I actually went there to ensure that my insurance company had authorized it. They had switched me over to a different doctor, did not schedule an appointment for me and did not call me to give me any of this information. The Staff Office are young people that are laughing and not at all helpful. Not at all professional no way do I want to be treated there.

Vincent Lepore: Never in my life have I been treated as poorly as Personal Physician Care has treated me. I called to refill my albuterol inhaler for asthma which I have suffered from my entire life. Every single month I have to call and have the same prescription authorized after asking them to extend it multiple times, which they promised they would, but never did. They say their hours are 8-5, but they close down and turn on the answering service every day around 4:20pm. When I finally got a hold of someone, she informed me that to continue receiving my inhaler, I need to visit the Dr every six months or they will refuse to fill it. I have suffered from asthma for over 25 years and never in my life has that been a requirement, asthma is not something that can be cured or treated with an office visit. It’s very clear they want to collect copays as much as possible and do NOT care about their patients. I was told by Lisa that it’s MY fault I can’t get my prescription filled because I didn’t come in, when she was the first person to tell me this was required. I asked for documentation on the policy, which she couldn’t provide. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else, this place values money over people and treats you like a number. I’ve spent over 2 hours each month trying to coordinate a refill of a simple asthma inhaler. Never in my life have I been so disrespected by supposed “professionals” I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and Florida State Health Department on this matter.

jim johnson: I had an appointment today at 1pm and got there at 12:40. At 12:55 the receptionist called me to the window and said your appointment was cancelled. I said why would you cancel it and she said I did. I said I didn’t cancel any appointment and the last appointment I had they said their software had a glitch and they apologized. The receptionist was not nice and they rescheduled me to March. The cardiologist is nice and thorough but they need help at the reception desk. I’m a doctor myself and work by appointment and I keep my appointments. I will keep my March appointment in respect of the cardiologist and I don’t play games with appointments. Dr. Jim Johnson

Kwik P: Gee I hate reading bad reviews for such an excellent Dr and a wonderful,professional and very courteous staff- from reception to administrative.It makes me wonder if these people can ever be pleased with anything,expected to get a same day appt or are just miserable and love to complain Someone always answers the phone unlike other offices that go through Central scheduling,if they cannot & you leave a msg your call is returned in a timely manner- if this wasnt so Id be elsewhere despite the fact he is a top cardiologist in Broward County Youre not kept waiting to be seen because they schedule properly and not 3patients at a time every 15 minutes and thats why you may not get an immediate appt. If your need is urgent to see a cardiologist then you need to go to ER!!!

Valdi Guintiliano: Terrible communication. I’m a Broward patient and I’ve had an emergency and needed to go to the ER. The doctor at the hospital asked me to visit my PCP. It took two days to be able to schedule and appointment at this location only to find out 3 hours before the appointment that I needed to change my PCP in order to get my insurance coverage. I did, they called this place and my insurance called them and let them know I needed to come in urgently and it was okay to come. I arrived at this place only to find out that they didn’t accept pregnant ladies, although I had told the appointment center I was pregnant and had an emergency and needed to see my PCP as soon as possible. Nothing was done! They had two days to call me and let me know if they had a problem with my insurance and instead of that they waited just a few hours before the appointment. They didn’t accept a full payment for the appointment which I said I would do if the problem was the insurance coverage I could pay for the appointment because it is an emergency, only to get another excuse from the front desk about my pregnancy! So frustrating, upsetting.. driving 30 minutes here pregnant and with a toddler to ended up not being seen by a doctor and nobody caring enough to help me!
