I really like approval/denial check list they send you via text after your car has been diagnosed. I sent my truck in for a huge AC job and they had it diagnosed and repaired in about 2 working days! 5 /5 Bill Lewelling: How great is it to find an honest auto mechanic. I was told by Toyota service rep that I needed immediate suspension repair costing over $2000. Got a fair quote from Jakes and dropped SUV off. Jakes called me to let me know that the existing suspension was fine and no serviceable repair was needed. He recommended having it inspected during future oil changes. Done with Toyota.

Eric was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and thorough, making sure to check every possibility before replacing an expensive part. I informed that shop of the codes that came up on my vehicle and that shop didnt even take what I informed them of in to consideration. So I brought my vehicle over to Gentrys to get a second opinion and informed Cody of the issues going on. He went above and beyond not only did he resolve the issue, he helped me by letting me know other issues that were going on and resolved those as well. If I could I would give them a thousand star review they saved me from having to purchase a new vehicle. This will definitely be the first place I bring my vehicle to from now on and Id definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

Theyre not in my area by any means but I will continue to make the drive out to see Luis and Doug any time I have an issue with my car in the future. I went to them for a second opinion on an issue with a radiator fan issue on my 2021 Nissan Sentra. The part was a dealer only part, and were estimating 3 days or so to get the part on hand and do the work, they were actually able to get my car to me a whole day earlier than expected. After spending almost $500 elsewhere to not even have my car fixed (and have another problem to deal with) Luis and Doug took my car in super quickly and didnt break my wallet when it was time to pick up my car. Super professional, and great communication from the team. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable mechanic who isnt out to get you back in the shop weeks later down the road. Theyre the absolute best mechanics Ive done business with.
