5 /5 WILL: This is the best Healthcare I have ever received, civilian, military or other VA in other cities. Every department has been great. They seem to genuinely care. Ample parking in this compound of a medical center with very nice facilities.

5 /5 Ben Mullikin: Ive been going here since 2018. My first primary care doc was an absolute joke. Didnt seem to care who I was or what I needed. After a year or so, I established with Doc Perez. Talk about a night and day difference. Ive gotten treatment for everything and still receive amazing care. The ER department has been stellar, as well. If you need a blood draw, show up real early and youll be done within an hour. Show up around lunch time, expect to sit for a long time (hours) due to everyone showing up around then. Imaging has been pretty quick. My only annoyance has been with PT. They made me wait 3 months for an appointment, and then changed the date and location for it last minute. Other than that, this has been a fantastic facility not worthy of the negativity Im seeing from 7+ years ago.

5 /5 Rudi Dimas: I have been coming to Bay Pines VA Medical Center since 2004. Although no hospital is perfect, it has been one of the best VA Hospitals I have been, and even better than some of the civilian hospitals in the area. I feel bad for my fellow veterans who have had a bad experiences; however, mine has been great.

My experience is that every facet of the medical center and VA services are professional and courteous doing their best to provide top notch and innovative care for thousands of veterans with a myriad of needs. Bravo Zulu!!!
