1 /5 Natalie Lawn: I used to come here and service was so fast and easy and there were never any problems. As per recently I was denied service on my first two attempts to be seen . After the first two disappointing visits I decided I’d Put my name down for walk in appointment to be “secured a spot” . Came in to be seen and was almost denied even with my name on top of the list. I was being told AGAIN to reschedule , this was my last day to make this happen without taking MORE time off work. With some back to back with the receptionist I finally was told I could wait and take a seat. After an hour and 45 minutes of waiting to be called back I finally was , after getting to the secondary waiting room it became apparent how many others have been painfully waiting just to be seen by someone. The secondary room I sat for another two hours before being sat into a private room. Once finally in room it was time to wait more … The productivity in this business is low ,the staff up front would rather gossip with coworkers then help a line of clients at the front desk, and understaffed if an understatement. I got here at 7:30 and I’m still waiting to be seen at 12.. something that used to take an hour now takes 5 hours right out of someone’s day. If you plan to come here I suggest you get you spend the extra $ and don’t let this place waist your time … because THEY WILL
