2 /5 Cameron Spivey: (Edited) We arrived at the Gulf to Bay ER location Sunday morning, Feb. 2nd at about 3am after I woke to the most excruciating back pain I’ve ever felt in my almost 60 year life. I encountered 4 people while I was there. The security guard was helpful and the scan technician was courteous and understanding. The nurse was neither of those things. The Dr was adequate. NOTE: There’s a ~$5,000 “facility fee” to get help there. That’s before costs for any service provided.

1 /5 Kay La: This is one of the worst urgent cares in the area. I have been here several times because its close by. TW: child loss. Do not go here if youre experiencing a miscarriage. They will do nothing for you but let you bleed on a bed and wait several hours while losing blood to have an ultrasound tech transferred. Also, do not go here if youre having stomach issues. I went in with extreme abdominal and chest pain, was told it was my anxiety, while the dr asked my family member if "im always like this", while laughing as if my pain and health meant absolutely nothing. They were so very wrong, a week later I was rushed to another hospital with gallstones and one in my bile duct. The male Drs here have absolutely no clue how to care for womens health. Its embarrassing and appalling.

1 /5 Ortiz Daniel (Dani): Do not come here. Been here twice for different reasons, the first time I came was because I cut the tip of one of my fingers. Nothing bad but I was bleeding horrible and burning feel like hell. I have high tolerance to pain. I was so dizzy. Once I enter the building you gotta put the info first, ID, insurance, even if you are n bleeding like hell, and I was a lot, only from the tip of my finger. Once I put my info I waited for a NP to come and waited 15 minutes, ER was empty only staff. this was around 10 pm time when They absolutely didnt do anything and I actually had to leave because nobody even say hi to me or even see me. Crazy. Today I came with a horrible backache, horrible pain, I could not stand it. Dr saw me and thought it could be kidney stones. But was intrigued because of my age, so they took blood to test it, and then a CT scan. I waited around 20 minutes just to have a NP come and check vitals, but didnt even check temperature the guy NP with blonde hair thinking he knows everything and he just a flower does not know how to deal with patients. Anyway then I did the CT scan. Took 3 minutes to do it only on like the chest area. They gave some medicine for the pain, didnt help. The results of the CT TOOK 2 HOURS, after 2 hours I went and ask them if they can call the Radiology department to check how long more since i have work and notify supervisor right? Like anyone would do. then the MD lady came and told me "oh, Im sorry the computer went off and results may take longer now" after 2 minutes me asking her that question. Sharing my feedback while Im still waiting for results, been 3 hours since I post this. Maybe will take 1 hour or more. Also. Trash was full and the room smelled disgusting and it made me vomit. Go to another ER or better yet Hospital Same some time by not going here!! Horrible service

My appointment has been scheduled and rescheduled, by them, 3 times now. They keep "forgetting" to call for medical history. The most unprofessional facility i have ever seen. Super clean and fast and vocal about each step to each one of my girls so they weren’t scared.

Countryside Medical Clinic - Clearwater HeavyD: I have been going to Dr Kay for years. I have never had any problems with him or his staff. They have been very accommodating in every instance. In 2020, Dr Kay diagnosed me with an issue that I didnt think was a problem. In fact it required surgery that probably saved my life. Then COVID hit and the surgery was delayed. I got really worried but the surgeon worked with me and we were able to reset the appointment.

Pollan Medical Center - Safety Harbor prabhas chaurasiya: doug from customer service is an awesome guy!! I initially called in the first and doug sent someone out ASAP! Meaning the tech showed up on a dime so fast, the tech fixed the problem but unfortunately the garage door stopped working a couple days later. BUT I called back and doug set up a fix and now the door works flawlessly! In a world where customer service is fossilized doug is a breath of fresh air bringing the meaning back. THANKS doug!!!!!!!

Beth Hanrahan, MD LLC - Clearwater Mariah B: I’ve been here so many times and it’s almost impossible to make an appointment each time. You have to call several times because you don’t receive an answer or are out on hold for extensive amounts of time. I’ve also only ever seen the doctor once. However, I love the PA so I don’t mind when I see her instead of the doctor. She’s thorough, gives her time, and goes over everything with you. I feel heard, respected, and well seen by her. The problem is getting an appointment. For a while I started just using walk in clinics so I didn’t have to deal with the chaos of scheduling. Sitting in the office, I’ve met a few others who have the same complaint. Hopefully it gets better soon.
