Meaning the tech showed up on a dime so fast, the tech fixed the problem but unfortunately the garage door stopped working a couple days later. BUT I called back and doug set up a fix and now the door works flawlessly! In a world where customer service is fossilized doug is a breath of fresh air bringing the meaning back. THANKS doug!!!!!!!

You have to call several times because you don’t receive an answer or are out on hold for extensive amounts of time. I’ve also only ever seen the doctor once. However, I love the PA so I don’t mind when I see her instead of the doctor. She’s thorough, gives her time, and goes over everything with you. I feel heard, respected, and well seen by her. The problem is getting an appointment. For a while I started just using walk in clinics so I didn’t have to deal with the chaos of scheduling. Sitting in the office, I’ve met a few others who have the same complaint. Hopefully it gets better soon.
