We knew something was wrong so I called many mechanics and most of them were closed. I found The Shop by luck and happy we did. Brea answered the phone with outstanding and friendly communication skills. I told her the situation that we were out of state and she immediately gave us an appointment for that day. Scott looked at my vehicle, found out it was the alternator and put another one the same day.
