Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers - Defuniak Springs Barbara Dirden: We were traveling home on the Interstate but got a flat tire early in the morning around 2 AM. Our insurance company called a Towing service company and had them tow us to a facility that we waited 4 hours to tell us that their car service was closed on the weekends. But the facility recommended Express Oil Change, Tire Engineers, which was just two buildings down the road. We called them, and they were willing to fix the flat tire issue. We took a chance driving slowly on the flat tire to Express Oil Change, Tire Engineers. They immediately assisted us. They were very friendly, very helpful, very professional, and very courteous! We were finally able to get back on the road home. We would like to personally express our gratitude to Mr. Randall for the friendly courteous service with signing us in with the paperwork and for Mr. Nick, who promptly and professionally fixed our tire issue.
