mh h: Warning! Make sure you check with your pharmacist or second opinion medical professional that whatever prescription youre given, it is safe to combine with other medications. Always ask about any counter indications and possible side effects. Kennys mind changed when I mentioned that the drug manufacturer specifically said that his suggestion was not a good call and may have counter effects. He practically cried one day when commenting that he wasnt making enough money by his patients. This was not the day I was in the waiting room for 30 minutes when he came in through the front door. He smiled at me and said that he “had to get his morning coffee!” No apology for lateness or, for that matter, a half- a**** (my opinion) examination. The incompetency of his staff might explain the miscommunication and turn over. On paper he looks good. I think the reality is the opposite although if you need minimal service or dialogue, he might fit the bill.

Lua Durham: Great and amazing doctors in this practice, but poor treatment of their patients by the front desk staff. I had to reschedule several times due to illness, working full time and having a four year old child (Dr. Cavalaris was the obgyn who delivered him). I never didn’t show up. Always called in advance. I was never told I was going to be dropped as a patient for having to reschedule. They cancelled on me several times before but I guess that’s okay. I really don’t understand how after 6 years as a patient they only let me know they won’t see me anymore when I call to make an appointment. Nobody ever told me any of this in advance when I had to reschedule. I don’t understand this poor treatment of a patient. Thank you for your lack of support of women that are trying to multitask and at the same time take care of themselves. I really loved the doctors in this practice and now I have to rush to find another one when it was never my intention…
