I drove my truck from Immokalee to Ft Myers perfectly fine. Went to pick up my truck once they called and said it was ready at 11:30a. Picked my truck up and wasn’t able to drive away. They then proceeded to tell me that this was wrong that was wrong get a new fuel pump installed for $1500. Come to fine out they cut my exhaust pipe and refuses to fix it.     Jennifer hamel: Unfortunately after spending 7,000 on my fiances 2005 ford 250 truck , its worse than when we took it here. The truck is just sitting un drivable. The shops mechanics totally messed this up.i guess from what we were told a kid was fired or walked out while working on the truck to begin with. Another mechanic there told us that it was full of oil and not cleaned. The turbo wasnt put back right. Wires left unplugged, wires cut. Not sure why somone would sabotage it. The truck bucked as soon as we took it home , was told to keep running it . Lou was great with allowing is to pay over time, but not good with fixing it or knowing himself what to do with the deisil truck. Made a huge mistake taking it there

He was not only the fairest price in the area- BY FAR - but he is also a breeze to work with! I could tell right away that he was a genuine person which is a big reason why I did choose to take my car there (because lets be honest, cheaper isnt always better), but after working with him I can truly say that hes a very transparent & honest mechanic as well- which is rare these days.
