1 /5 francnet Brown: Was referred to this company, was told they were wonderful and 1 of the best in SWFL. Took my truck there last Friday June 1st to get a starter I purchased put on my truck. I drove my truck from Immokalee to Ft Myers perfectly fine. Went to pick up my truck once they called and said it was ready at 11:30a. Picked my truck up and wasn’t able to drive away. They then proceeded to tell me that this was wrong that was wrong get a new fuel pump installed for $1500. Come to fine out they cut my exhaust pipe and refuses to fix it. Even had the audacity to tell me I did it. Bull…

I honestly never thought a professional company would treat customers the same way I was treated when I spoke to one of R&R owner’s. This gentleman, completely rude and impulsive, yelled at me saying hes not a Magician, acting completely aggressive and intimidating. Completely scary, and for a moment I thought I would be attacked…. COMPLETELY TERRIFYING. I took my car to their Shop to reaper the steering wheel system. they diagnosed my car and replaced alternator, spark plugs, belts and a bunch other parts but my car still have the same problems. R&R owner did exactly what I mentioned in first paragraph when I ran back to their office to ask them about the misdiagnose the gave to me, he said they will not solve my problems or give me any refund, slammed the door and ran away form the shop. I paid 1700$ and my car still NOT properly fixed. R&R is a Completely unprofessional and R&R owner is RUDE and out of mind.
