1 /5 nina: Got a nose job here 3 years ago. i now have uneven nostrils, bloody noses everyday, and unable to feel the tip of my nose. On top of of that, my nose is still crooked. 8K down the drain! Hope this helps

5 /5 Carmen Capezzuto: Dr. Slack was a surgeon recommended by members of my family and I’m so glad I used him for a critical non-elective surgery. The one night hospital stay was something he recommended that made me feel much more comfortable with the procedure. From the first visit through the last, he and his staff were great to work with and I would recommend him in the future.

During my visits with Dr.Slack he was so nice and thorough. My post op appointment he asked many times if I had any questions and explained what the procedure was going to be like and told me information reegarding post op. I had a tonsillectomy performed and everything went perfect. I highly recommend Dr.Slack! 10/10

5 /5 Jessica Cinicolo: Absolutely the best and cares about his patients! I went to 4 other surgeons for septoplasty consultation before I found him I’m so glad I chose him. I drove all the way from west palm because I liked him so much and would do it again. My boyfriend will be going for his deviated septum as well. Thanks for allowing me to breath, smell and fully taste again Dr. Slack!

5 /5 barbara allen: Dr Slack is a extremely talented and compassionate physician. I have seen him as a physician since he started his practice in 2002 and found him to be excellent. His office is clean, beautiful and staff is superb. Unfortunately, an odd ball patient (?) such as ground level can post a negative review under a fictitious name without consequence or recourse on the internet. There are so many errors in ground levels post I cant believe this is even a real patient. Disgruntled former employee maybe? MRIs are not even used for sinuses....Blue Water Surgery Center is a gorgeous state of the art facility that Dr Slack and 12 other local physicians operate at. Please come see for yourself.... Instead of compassion for a patient and eagerness to help all the manager did was shut every down. The manager is very rude and still thinks that someone trying to figure out solutions is a way of forcing someone to do something. I have never felt so disgusted towards an office and manager. I tried explaining that their was no need for her to be rude and even that made her yell at me even more. The lack of professionalism, but I can promise never to refer a patient of mine to their office ever again.

A Womans World Medical Center Inc - Fort Pierce Madison Scalley: I will start off by saying Is there are outstanding they could be a little bit more courteous of you while you’re in the recovery room but overall they’re good. Doctor on the other hand is an arrogant, cruel, heartless man with the most horrific bedside manor that I’ve ever witnessed. They do NOT put you asleep, you feel everything. This place is not only such a traumatic experience but such low quality of care. If you need an abortion, I’m begging you, DO NOT come to this location.

They are quick and highly intelligent, taking care of all my needs in a very prompt professional manner. Dorothy took care of my admission needs and the rest of the staff was outstanding the nursing staff is one of the best. I like how they handled my physical therapy the staff is nice, Friendly and very professional. And the food was good also. God forbid if I need therapy again I know where I want to go. Medical Office Building, Tiffany - Port St. Lucie Mark-Anthony Edwards: I arrived at my appointed time of 8:00AM EST. My check-in was smooth, I had used the online check-in feature on My Chart. Within 5 minutes a nurse came and got me took me to my room and began the process of gathering my information and taking my vitals. I was very pleased with my doctor Berlie Placide as she took the time to listen to the reason as to why I was there...spoke with me about my concerns and made recommendations and gave poignant suggestions regarding my care. All in all a pleasant visit from an my provider....a welcomed change from prior not so pleasant experience.

Ellis Christian, MD - Fort Pierce Dr. John Douglas: I highly recommended Dr. Christian. Dr. Christian is a consummate professional, he has an incredibly friendly disposition and is an outstanding Cardiologist. His practice should serve as a benchmark of excellence for other practitioners in his field to follow. The Anley Cardiovascular staff (5 stars +) is top notch and highly skilled, the office operates extremely efficiently and patient appointments process on time and quickly. This doctor is the best of the best. I hope I do not need more surgeries, if I do, it will be at The Anley Cardiovascular Outpatient facility with Dr. Christian, Lori, Amanda et al.

MainStreet Family Care - Live Oak J: Went here for my kids school physicals and the staff was amazing! Far exceeded my expectations. Both of my kids got a lollipop, sticker, and a small toy after their appointment. The doctor was so nice and great with both kids. Wait time wasn’t bad, they had cartoons playing and kids toy in the waiting room along with lots of tissues and hand sanitizer. 100% would recommend.

Quest Diagnostics - Live Oak Sharon Barrowclough: Made an online appointment for bloodwork draw. Was seen promptly when I arrived and the draw was pain-free as the technician did a wonderful job. Everything was clean and in order and I felt very comfortable at this location.

Central Florida Inpatient Medicine - Lake Mary Ralph Drtina: Horrible in-patient care at Advent Health Winter Park. The MD failed to provide meds or check to see that thromboguards were in place. Then I received a follow up appt from a nurse (practitioner?) for which I was charged a full MD visit.
