1 /5 V Krissoondatt: I made an appointment for me and my wife to go see Dr Dillon. Appointments was confirmed day before by the office. When we get there they said Dr Dillon is not there. They said they have another dentist to covering for him so we see the other doctor she did some x-ray and the reschedule us to see Dr Dillon a month later thats fine. Few days later the Dr office called me asking if I want to come the have an opening appointment for Wednesday may 31st i ask if they have the approval from my insurance they girl says yes. When I get there they told me i have to pay up front because they didnt get the approval from the insurance as yet. And I have to pay for the first visit as well because the dentist that replaced Dr Dillon is not in network. My question why wasnt i informed about the dentist thats covering for Dr Dillon was not in network

5 /5 BYRON WELCH: Even though, I must admit, going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do I actually have enjoyed the visits at Dr. Dillons office. His staff are professional and all have a great sense of humor which is how I view the world anymore. I would certainly recommend this office for any dental work that might be necessary.

Him and his staff make you feel like family, he,s a saver firsts a puller second. I have never felt ripped off when it comes to care or payment, I give thanks for smile everyday.
