Very good reviews of this Dr have been posted at the same time very bad reviews regarding staff and the response factor being largely insufficient. I confirm the stories of never answering phones or returning calls as I’ve made multiple attempts to contact….hence the single star

Gregory and Cheryl are Dr. Manes ARNPs and I cant commend them enough for all they do and the way they treat you like family. This group of medical professional is the best Ive ever been privileged to be treated by.

5 /5 Tonya Caldwell: Accompanied my mother in law to her visit today and she saw Cheryl the ARPN there. What a wonderful asset she is to Dr Mane’s office and to Citrus County. She was incredibly congenial and knowledgeable. She explained things in medical terms and plain English. She took time with us and we didn’t feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing her. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Cheryl

1 /5 Mark Roth: Trying to find a new family Doctor. The reviews are correct that they do not pick up the phone. You would think they would not pass up an opportunity to sign on a new patient. I used the new patient prompt.....I guess that means Im not important enough.

Citrus Memorial Hospital: Berlow Michael E MD - Inverness Chris Michaud: Worst hospital I’ve ever been to. 5 hours and still no answers and my wife came in with chest pains. If it wasn’t for MEL B we prob wouldn’t have been seen. Took 3.5-4 hours before we even saw a doctor. Our nurse went to another position, and told us new nurse would be taking care of us…guess what? She NEVER came in. I literally had to keep asking and asking and the only one who ever had answers was MEL B. Registration was in within 5 minutes. Get your money to pay for what? Staff? Lol charge more I guess, because it’s time for cleanup and hire people who want to work and care about their patients. We asked where a doctor was in mid issue and I was told they were doing shift change. Honestly I should be talking to a lawyer….shift change should be done in phases in an emergency room, McDonald’s doesn’t even do that… fire everyone in charge in management and put people with priorities in the correct order…patients, effective treatment plans and then money. But I’ll get the bill with no discounts for inconvenience or pure lack of patient care and job effectiveness.

Access Health Care Physicians, LLC - Jose Jesus Rodriguez, MD - Inverness Vicki Clement: Dr. JOSE RODRIGUEZ is a great, caring and compassionate doctor. He makes you feel at ease and comfortable from the minute he walks in the room. Hes very thorough, knowledgeable and doesnt rush the appointment. I would highly recommend him for your health care needs.

HCA Florida Citrus Surgical Specialists - Inverness LT T: The Specific Specialty facility as a whole entire staff from front desk, RNs, Doctors and even to answering service and routing department receptionists are exceedingly exceptional. This is in addition to the individual five star rating I give to Dr. Carmine and the traveling PA at the time being seen in January 04. This is personally my unbiased, honest assessment and review.

Ped.I.M. Healthcare - Inverness Roxanne Bowles: Doctor and medical assistant were fabulous but forgot to send my prescription in and had to call the next day to let them know. Update: it’s Friday evening and I still don’t have my prescription after calling two more times again today. Not happy at all and still sick.

Quick Care Med - Inverness Ashley Clark: Great experience from the front desk, to the nurse and the doctor they were very kind and quick! My son had an ear ache and not feeling well and we were In and out less then an hour and the prescription was ready for pick up by the time we made it home. Great job to the whole staff!

Citrus Memorial Wound Care & Hyperbaric Center - Inverness Heather Martinez: My experience here was fantastic. I was in several different units (my favorite being the wound care) and I have never come across such incredible nurses like this anywhere else. The staff was very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to all of their patients on every unit. Being there as a nursing student was a fantastic experience for me and all of the nurses I had the pleasure of working with were very helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Advanced Urology Institute - Inverness Office - Inverness Pat McCray: My first visit to Advanced Urology Institute was a pleasant experience. The staff was professional and friendly. Dr. Seneriz spent time to listen and answer my questions and offered valuable information about my issue. I highly recommend the Institute and Dr. Seneriz. Oh, Sandy at the front desk was awesome.

Torr Carmain, MD - Inverness Debbie Patz: Im 4 weeks post op having my gallbladder removed. From beginning to end my experience with Dr Carmain was wonderful. He explained the whole procedure and how it would make me feel so much better. His staff is wonderful also. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Carmain! The nurses at HCA Florida were awesome too taking care of me from prep to discharge. 5 stars!!!
