1 /5 Chris Michaud: Worst hospital I’ve ever been to. 5 hours and still no answers and my wife came in with chest pains. If it wasn’t for MEL B we prob wouldn’t have been seen. Took 3.5-4 hours before we even saw a doctor. Our nurse went to another position, and told us new nurse would be taking care of us…guess what? She NEVER came in. I literally had to keep asking and asking and the only one who ever had answers was MEL B. Registration was in within 5 minutes. Get your money to pay for what? Staff? Lol charge more I guess, because it’s time for cleanup and hire people who want to work and care about their patients. We asked where a doctor was in mid issue and I was told they were doing shift change. Honestly I should be talking to a lawyer….shift change should be done in phases in an emergency room, McDonald’s doesn’t even do that… fire everyone in charge in management and put people with priorities in the correct order…patients, effective treatment plans and then money. But I’ll get the bill with no discounts for inconvenience or pure lack of patient care and job effectiveness.
