Regina Key I was recommended to Ro by a close friend who isnt a customer but she had seen the work. I love the cleanliness, the conversations and the timeliness. If my appointment is at 4 , 5, 6 pm thats my time without delay. The shop is clean and the other ladies in the shop are professional as well. I am glad for the recommendation because my last tech for over 20 years couldnt touch the work nor the tech Ro. I love me some Isabel she is such a sweetheart. Give them a try you wont be disappointed. Much success to this business.

Deborah Habersham If you have not visited Nail Boutique II, you are missing an experience. This place is quiet, very clean, and not overcrowded with others on top of you. It is family oriented and they are very, very pleasant. They aim to please and provide great service in a timely manner.

Heather Garone Charlie and his family have been doing my nails for about 11 years now and they have wonderful customer service and they do a really great job and you can’t ask for more loyal or nice people. Charlie is very creative in his nail design and I don’t go anywhere else. I’ve tried one other time and it was a disaster.

Jenni Hoy Just visited Samantha for the first time and had an amazing experience! Shes a big sweetheart who really cares about her work and uses high quality, dermatologist approved products. I have sensitive skin and psoriasis, so I was happy to find someone who is eager to accommodate my needs!

Jessica Watson Service providers are great! I used to love this place but the spa is really falling apart.. no attention to upkeep or comfort. It feels cheap now. The robes have holes, the slippers are dirty, the lounge room is feeling ancient and not comfortable. The sauna / steam room was already minimal and now not functioning. There is no attention to details (I’ve been there about a million times and they have no memory/record of it). Definitely hoping west palm opens a better experience soon!

Olivia Dietrich If you’re looking for a 90s prom updo this is the place for you. I asked for a low loose bun with curled pieces in the front, clean and simple. It was a curled pinned mess. This is not the place if you’re trusting a stylist to be current with the trends. Washed it out immediately when I got home. Photos of inspo versus what I got - yikes.

Erica Dilks Today was my first facial with Liza and I couldn’t be more impressed! She is incredibly skilled, professional, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. Mackenzie McGahee I was in desperate need of a good nail tech. I tried many well-known salons in the area, but none worked. Until I found Tiffany at Alchemy!! That was 2 years ago, and I never left! Not only is Tiffany’s technique incredible, but she is also skilled at nail art and the sweetest soul. The salon has always been a clean and relaxing environment. My nails have never been healthier. Do yourself a favor and book with her asap.

Amber New review since, prior to this one, Ive had good experiences/manicures from this place. Today I went for a cats eye manicure and was taken by the man that works in front of Laura. He not only barely said a word to me, but the manicure is NOT cats eye, there is no line or effect on my nails, it looks more like ombre than cats eye.

Raven Green Meganso skilled and really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. My nails always look amazing, and she was super friendly throughout the entire appointment. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for top-notch nail service!

Sandra Garcia Had my acrylics done twice here. I actually really liked the lady doing them. She did a fabulous job, the nails looked great! After about two weeks one of the nails popped off, as acrylics often do, and I noticed a slight green color. Thought maybe my nail was bruised. I decided to take the rest of the acrylics off and discovered two more green nails. Definitely not a bruise, it’s fungus. A total of 3 of my nails have it. This is really upsetting and disgusting. In all of the years of getting my nails done I’ve never experienced this before. Very sad

A Jimenez Been going here and seeing Kim for over 10 years for my nails and I will never go anywhere else. I’ve had to go elsewhere less than 5 times over the years due to being out of town and was regretful! Clean and professional environment with amazing prices and people who know what they’re doing. Love City Nails! They are truly the best.

Kristen Zarate AMAZING! I came in from Seattle and need a pedicure and full set. I’m telling you I had a foot massage during that pedicure that put me in a trance! My nails were done with such care and detail. The prices were perfect. The place was empty when I went and I was glad of that but I can’t understand why they wouldn’t have a line out the door. Fabulous. Id recommend to anyone in the Palm Beach area.

Zaray Sojos My first time walking in this nails spot , and Tony gave me a great service doing gel pedicure the shape I asked for and the color I wanted!! I love it and I would come back monthly!!

Leslie Rosenberg Vicki gave me a good pedicure and foot massage. Kathy did a great job on the dipping for my nails, perfect color! When I wasn’t happy that the colors didn’t really match, Kathy removed the polish on my toes, and repainted them with a much better color match. I left feeling great, and will definitely return!

The Champ I got a manicure and pedicure done at this place. The price was decent, $70 for the service without tips. However, the attitude was not great. When I came in and spoke to the lady at the front, they said something in their language, and then all of them started laughing. The lady doing my nails seemed like she was having a hard day. She spoke perfect English but barely interacted with me and would just push my foot away whenever she wanted me to move. Im giving 3 stars because my toes still look nice, but as you can see in the pictures below, less than a week later, the clear coat on my fingernails is already coming off. I will take my business elsewhere next time.

MS. CASTRO Mike my nail tech is amazing! Always happy when I leave here. Staff is friendly, prices are reasonable and the salon is very clean. June always does a terrific job with my pedicures.

Kimone Anderson I have been coming here the last 1yr and some months , never had a problem with my nails done I always use Julie for my service , I am so disappointed I went in there this morning and had to take service from someone new , I don’t know her name . Look at what I left with .. and I had to pay full price for this horrible job . The dips are so thin you can see through my nails , it’s not straight at all around the edges my toes are a mess and they took my money.. I am not one to leave a review but the mere fact that I made the complain before I left the salon and nothing was done to fix the problem is making me so furious, because these need to be done all over again.

Cher Louis My toe was cut twice while getting a pedicure. I told the guy in charge, and all he said was that he would talk to her. I paid full price, and my toe still hurts. Hours later, I tried walking in my heels that I must be able to walk in tomorrow for a show, and my toe starts bleeding again. I hope this doesnt ruin my walk. I hope the salon takes steps to improve their services and ensure this doesnt happen to others.

Jennifer Gardner Im beyond pissed. The quality of my nails looks like a toddler played on them. I just started coming here and this is my 3rd set. These are pretty basic and shouldnt have been so hard to do. They dont have steady hands to make the lines good at all. My toes look so horrible and im going on vacation with this garbage im so embarrassed to have to wear these that i think om going to a new place tomorrow to do a paint change after just spending 35 on my toes and 65 on my nails smfh never again will i go here. Hana Kahale Ive been to many salons and this one is my favorite. The staff is personable and welcoming. Gel manicures with Lady are so relaxing, facials with Theresa leave my skin feeling soft as ever and haircuts with Raquel always get me compliments. Great location too. Love these ladies!

Alexa Stander I get highlights with Raquel and she does an amazing job every time! I have hair down to my hips and she keeps it a shiny, beautiful, light blonde. Her technique makes my hair look like I’m still a natural blonde. Even the grow out never looks bad. Most of my friends thought I was naturally this colour and I even had a gay man tell me “whoever does your highlights does an amazing job”. Thank you Raquel !

Ericka Sanders Been going to this place for 5 years and all of a sudden their customer service skills is starting to really suck . No massages are given when getting a pedicure you have to literally remind them to do the basics during your pedicure. Forgetting to give the hot towel treatment. It’s just a mess . I use to love this place and now I’m seeking some where else to go and spend my hard earned money. Jennie and Yvonne needs to start caring about the people she not just the money. The place is falling apart slowly. Overall they do nails great but customer service is a 4/10.

Chelsea DeLaTorre I usually have such a good experience but I showed them a picture of what I wanted and have had before (so I know the design is possible). The gentleman had me wash my hands and the paint wasnt dry. He had to retouch them and still bad. Couldnt even get straight lines. At least they didnt cut me but, not worth it. Go somewhere else lol

Monique Erisnor I did my lashes here on Dec. 30 in the afternoon and then Dec.31 in the morning it was gone. They ruined my birthday. They didn’t try to fix it or anything. They said you lost your money and said they have another client. She was so rude and ignored me. I didn’t wash my face like she said. Don’t go! You will waste your money.

Stephanie Bowie I was excited that a new tipsy salon opened super close to me. I really wanted to love this place but I really didn’t. I must say the staff was very nice. I had a gel pedicure and an acrylic fill with gel…the next morning I noticed my nail changed color on both hands and feet. I didn’t use any new products when I got home and I can’t say I’ve ever had that happen before. I went back the next day and they were very nice and re-did the color. Again , I was still optimistic about liking it here however , My nails all chipped within the first week. Such a disappointment! Side note they also charged me $7 for a small glass of wine which is usually included at the spa I normally go to.

Hailey Lord Single mom on limited time, wanted to try somewhere new and local. They did not open or show up for my appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early and doors were locked- ok I was early. Waited the 5 minutes outside, no one came to open the door. Waited an extra 5 minutes, doors remained locked, despite hours posted on window and bright neon "open" sign flashing in window. I called and scheduled the appointment Monday and received confirmation texts, so its not like I was trying to walk in without scheduling in advance. Complete waste of time and lack of professionalism. If you like to be disappointed, this is the new salon for you.

She makes sure each nail is perfectly shaped and polished, and the results are always stunning and long lasting. Beyond Emily’s fantastic work, the whole staff at Tipsy Nails is wonderful. Lesio Tania and her sister Imara are my go to nail and hair duo. They are the best! Been going to their nail salon for some time now and its always a great experience. Although as a guy, you dont typically need much: Tania is professional, quick and efficient. Since its a salon ran by sisters, they make it so that you can tell they really care about their customers and appreciate family. If you want a clean salon with great atmosphere and attention to detail, come here.
