3 /5 Mariah B: I’ve been here so many times and it’s almost impossible to make an appointment each time. You have to call several times because you don’t receive an answer or are out on hold for extensive amounts of time. I’ve also only ever seen the doctor once. However, I love the PA so I don’t mind when I see her instead of the doctor. She’s thorough, gives her time, and goes over everything with you. I feel heard, respected, and well seen by her. The problem is getting an appointment. For a while I started just using walk in clinics so I didn’t have to deal with the chaos of scheduling. Sitting in the office, I’ve met a few others who have the same complaint. Hopefully it gets better soon.

1 /5 Dee Dotson: I had an appointment with the doctor Miss Beth my appointment at 10:45. I got there at 10:40 am Tell them my computer collapse. I couldn’t do the paperwork and they are such just turning me on at the door saying even though I’m five minutes early. They will not be able to see me because none of the paperwork was filled out. Take the paperwork and come back another day which is very bad. Poor service that you gonna turn a client around. You don’t know if they’re able to Fill out the paperwork within that time or what, but it was not professional, and everyone needs to know who they are doing business with thank you

5 /5 Angela Hodges: The staff is very friendly. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my scheduled appointments. Dr. Hanrahan and her PA found unknown heath conditions I had on my first visit with them. I now have an Oncologist and Endocrinologist who keeps Dr Hanrahan informed of my treatments and she ensures my overall health is kept up to date. I am now healthy again and cancer free. Had I not seen Dr Hanrahan and her PA I would never had known about the hidden illnesses and my well-being would be entirely different.

5 /5 Ashley Obie: The whole staff are VERY kind! They have helped me in more ways that anybody could know! The Doctor (Beth), Physicians assistants, Nurses, and Receptionists have all exceeded my expectations! They’ve helped me not just physically, but mentally as well. They give the best advice they can with a CARING heart! I was so nervous when I first came in. To my surprise, (by experiencing several doctor’s offices in the past), I was welcomed with open arms! They are very professional, diligent, organized, clean and sanitary. If I could give 100 stars I would!

1 /5 Myra Burke: I have been a patient of Dr Hanrahan for over ten years and have always found her to be a compassionate, knowledgeable and responsive provider. I have recently had some health problems and been hospitalized. In my attempts to follow up with Dr Hanrahan I have encountered an unresponsive staff. I left a message with the medical assistants and after one week had not had a response. When I spoke with the office manager she not only didn’t apologize but she told me it was my mistake with a condescending attitude.i am told Dr Hanrahan only works 2 days a week now. So folks who wants a part time Doctor that doesn’t have competent staff.
