1 /5 Susan Peterson: This practice has a major issue with their phone system. It is next to impossible to speak to a human. It took at least 12 calls to get through just to change an appointment. The recording instructs to push a number to speak to the front desk, but they never answer, and when I leave a message, they never call me back. A nurse finally gave me her cell phone so I could contact the office through her, as I told her I was ready to find another dermatologist due to the frustrating phone system. Then, when I finally received a call from the office regarding a change in appt, my phone displayed a phone number from Michigan, not Florida, with no business name, so I assumed it was spam, and I had to start all over again trying to reach them. I honestly would not even have bothered to go to this practice, but my insurance was accepted here. Thats how bad the phone and communication is in this office. Good luck, people!
