1 /5 Billy: The Doctors and nurses are great! But it is very difficult to get an appointment because of the very rude Spanish girl at the front desk. Answers the phone with very short replies and just snappy for no good reason. If you dont want to help people that are in need of medical help maybe you shouldnt have gotten a job in the medical industry!

5 /5 Beccy Black: My oldest son has been going there since he was six months old. At the port charlotte office. He is now 13 years old and a leukemia survivor. The doctors are amazing the wait time not so much but this is one of the facilities that accepts state assisted health care. that is why I believe the wait times are as they are. There are so many families out here who have government assisted health care, that the people working in these offices can only move so fast and do so much. The doctor that sees my children is Dr. Hegarty, and imo there is no one better or more qualified. She always takes the time, communicates with the child and makes sure they are good and cared for. I am truly grateful she is my children’s pediatrician. There is no one better in my opinion. I don’t think poor wait times are reason enough to give such low ratings.

1 /5 Elizabeth Fernandez: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE!!!!! I Called for chest pain a few months ago.. The soonest they could get me in was 6 weeks out. FOR CHEST PAIN. Needless to say, I went to the ER. After that, I called the office because I was sick and wanted to see my Doctor or get medication. They said they would relay my message to the doctor.. I called them 2-3 times for an update and she never called me back. After that called to make another appointment, booked me over a month out and waited in the waiting room for OVER 2 hours. I talked to 2 staff members about my wait and the first one basically told me that it was my fault and that I shouldve booked my appointment in the morning because she usually runs behind in the afternoon, and the second lady shrugged and told me theres nothing she could do about it. This is by far one of the worst doctors offices I have ever been to. The only reason why Im here is because my insurance recommended her. I gave this office 3 chances and it failed horribly. I will be definitely switching my pcp.

1 /5 O Pil: DONT GO THERE!!! "Doctor will be in 5 min" I hear it during last 50 mins. Cold like in freezer. Not organized at all. I cant spend here whole my day. Just left. Have to change provider for sure. Maybe their Dr is amazing but it cant cost 4 hours of my life to see her for 5 min. Would not recommend. STAY AWAY!

Dr. Angela Keon - Punta Gorda Sabrina Salt: Horrible Drs office!! I am 14 weeks pregnant, already an established patient and they refuse to give me a referral to an OBGYN! They claim the reason was for a "no show" appointment that I never knew about and never got notified of. They claim that appointment was in July and was to go over some lab work I did. Well I never did any lab work until August so how does that make sense? I am currently having medical issues that can put my pregnancy at risk and need to see an OB and they refuse to give me a referral. MEDICAL MALPRACTICE! They have messed up prior to this as well... When I went to quest to get labs done they said I would have to pay out of pocket if I wanted to get them done since the Dr did not give them any codes. I called and waited over 1.5 hours for codes before leaving quest. This delayed lab work since I had to go back a different day. I took time off of work for this. Prior to this they gave me a referral to a different OB office and did not send them the referral in time and I would have had to pay out of pocket $500+ for the first ultrasound. I specifically asked them on my Monday appointment at Dr Keons office if my referral will be ready by Thursday since that was when my scheduled OB visit was and they said yes. I drove an hour away from home to that appointment and was told they didnt get the referral yet. Thankfully my appointment was a little delayed and they were able to get them the referral before I was seen so it worked out but I would have had to pay out of pocket if not. Very stressful. The worst part is that the 1 visit I had at this practice, I absolutely loved Dr Keon and her nurse. They did not rush me, answered all my questions and everything went fine. The problem and all the mistakes are coming from the receptionist. Horrible customer service, they never answer the phone, have to call multiple times and days to get ahold of them. She even hung up on me when I shared my concern for my pregnancy because of them not giving me a referral. Told me I had to see the Dr and first appointment was in January.... Im pregnant and having medical issues... I cannot wait 3 months for a referral. The doctor just saw me 3-4 months ago she is legally allowed to write me a referral. Receptionist also refused to let me speak to the Dr.

Nicholas J. Connors, MD - Punta Gorda Edith Congleton: I’m very happy that I’m scheduled for surgery next week to replace my knee. I’ve checked around and Dr Conner is the best one for the job. I believe that Dr Conner and his staff are very experienced with the Mako robotic -assisted total knee replacement and trust them completely. I also heard from some of his other patients that the recovery time is quicker then other conventional joint replacement thank goodness because I need to get back to the dance floor merry Christmas and happy new year

Theodore Yaremo, M.D., P.A. - Punta Gorda Tom Burkett: I really do like Dr Yaramo. He seemed to be very caring. His office staff is a total nightmare. They never answer the phones. they do not follow up. If you go in and leave a message they still dont follow up and call you back. They always act as though theyre angry against the patients coming in the door. The last appointment I had I paid in advance and waited, waited, waited and I had to go back to work. So I paid for nothing they are very very rude to talk with. I dont understand why Dr Yaremo doesnt pay attention to these reviews.

Dr. Dora Chizea - Punta Gorda larry perry: this office staff is the worst i has ever seen i went there 02/08/2016 and got a bill from Collections stated that i owed 33.00 dollars and I went by and called Billing the stated i did not pay so I went to bank and pulled statement showing I paid on 02/08/2016 and they still refuse to take care of this issue. so Please go somewhere else so this will not happen to you.

Barry F. Blitz - Punta Gorda Urologist - Punta Gorda Carl Winger: Dr Blitz performed major surgery to remove my cancerous bladder in 2018. I have been cancer free since then withonly annual followups. I find Dr Blitz to be outstanding and thorough doctor and would highly recommend him Carl Winger

Dr. Carlos E. Maas, MD - Punta Gorda rick kelley: Not Dr Maas but the front desk staff in Punta Gorda. Avoid at all cost. Horrible. Rescheduled me once. Then rescheduled me again. Finally get to my appointment and wait 30 minutes. Was told it’s raining so it set them back. Rains everyday in the summer. Act accordingly. Women in the front didn’t care at all that I made accommodations for them. Time off work twice. Shame on them for not caring about their patients. My advice is to look elsewhere. Dr Mass is always full so they don’t have to care.

Juan I. Rivera, MD - Punta Gorda John Littlejohn: Dr Rivera was prompt, courteous, highly knowledgeable and took much time with me explaining the results of my bloodwork, exam and personal health concerns. Dr Rivera is a great Dr and I really appreciate his thorough, caring approach.

Vlatko Salopek, MD - Punta Gorda Khoa Dang Nguyen: If you want to put your life at risk, then Dr.Salopek is the perfect Doctor for you. I came in to get blood work because my retina specialist was concern for leukemia, it was already causing me to lose vision in my right eye, Dr.Salopek outright dismissed the fact, he said my decreased vision cause by me studying too much. My bloodwork came back, my white blood cell count was at 400,000 which put me at risk for stroke, again, not a slight concern from him, did not review my bloodwork with me or expressed any concerns, he then referred me to the wrong specialist, which put me at risk for weeks. it was not until I took my bloodwork to my retina specialist, that he and his oncologist friend recommended me to the ER/ICU ( I spent 1 week hospitalized) Dr. Salopek is the worst medical professional I have ever encounter. I do not recommend this Dr.Salopek to anyone ( his staff are nice) DO NOT RISK YOUR LIFE BY GOING TO DR SALOPEK.
